I brought my 15-week-old puppy, Kiwi, in for her very first groom, and I can't say enough about how great the experience was. The staff was incredibly calming and reassuring, which meant a lot to me. They made me feel confident that Kiwi would be well taken care of--and she absolutely was. The whole process was quick and stress-free. Kiwi looks absolutely adorable, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've already booked her next appointment for six weeks from now. 10/10, highly recommend!

Having come highly recommended I called on a Saturday on the off chance of a cancellation. Patty said to call Tuesday when they opened and likely she'll be able to get me in. Sure enough, Patty was able to have my scruffy Daisy groomed. As you'll see from the before and after pictures, Daisy looks fabulous. The care and attention towards Daisy and that all concerns or questions were addressed goes beyond five stars Upon scooping up Daisy, I was almost misty-eyes at how beautiful she looked! I can honestly say in all the grooming she's had this has to be THE BEST she's ever had. Honestly speaking. So how would I rate my experience? Do I recommend Paw-N-Claws Groomers? 100000000%

My dog has gone to Tiki Tails for the past 6 years. I really appreciated the great care they…read moreprovided but, earlier this year, Tiki Tails has expanded their resort to a much bigger facility which is beautiful, but, you don't get the warm greeting like you did at the smaller daycare. The receptionist at the desk in the afternoon when picking up my dog didn't know who I was unlike in the past when I was greeted personally and they knew my dog. A couple of weeks ago on a Friday, I dropped my dog off in the morning and she was happy to be at daycare and perfectly fine, when I returned to pick her up, she was limping so badly that she could hardly walk and the receptionist was oblivious. I asked what happened and was told that she was fine which resulted in a veterinary visit that night which I was told that she sprained her shoulder and leg where she was put on medication and restricted activity. I know that the resort cannot watch each dog individually, but, my dog had limited restrictions which were mentioned every time I brought her to daycare. The following Monday, I spoke to one of the leads letting her know how upset I was that my dog got hurt on their watch and also disappointed that the larger facility has resulted in less personal service and lack of attention. As a long term customer, I expected a call from the owners of Tiki Tails, but, never received one.

Super great. I needed a new groomer for my mother's poodles, Annie and Poobie. I've nearly erased…read morethe memory of the disaster that their last groomer provided, so I won't revisit that. Happily, this was a terrific experience for me and the dogs, from reservation to "Thank you. Goodbye." The proprietress (I will get her name next time) is an enthusiastic animal lover and personality. The kind of person who just makes you smile even when the day isn't going well. Like today. I was running late. My other appointments had put me behind. But, the owner was adaptable and easily accommodated my tardiness. (But, try not to be late. It's rude.) The girls were a little nervous but I could tell they were in kind and professional hands. They were ready a few hours later and looked great. (I am going to get them onto more of a schedule so they don't get so matted. That curly poodle hair, you know.) The price - I'm afraid if I say how surprised I was at the price, she might raise them. But, I was surprised. I've spent more for me and two sons at Supercuts. Well, close. But, the price seemed very reasonable. And, Supercuts doesn't do nails and glands. My overall experience at Upscale Tail was one of those rare and nice ones that just makes you feel good about people and the world. And, the girls are radiant with newfound confidence. Thank you. H.
