I typically drown my cheesesteaks in ketchup. But this sandwich has the perfect balance of cheese and meat, and the meat had an excellent flavor with no gross chewy pieces. I have a really REALLY bad meat aversion, so bad that I was a vegetarian for 5.5 years, because I can't deal with tendons and miscellaneous meat appearances in my meal.
