Today and another time we visited my daughter got chips that were opened (same kind both times - Ms. Vickie's salt and vinegar chips). The first time we tried the chips, they were stale. Today when I saw the deflated bag, I promptly put it aside to throw away. Chris, the general manager called me the next day and apologized for the chips issue. I told him the request was for nothing more than to please look into it because this is the second time that it happened to us on the same kind of chips. I appreciated the prompt follow up. I made sure to reassure him that everything else is always great.
