Also, Alexa is really patient and always very supportive. She is super encouraging and it makes for a very positive experience when working out. She never makes anyone feel bad about how they do the work, she is good at guiding, and instructing. I also like how the classes are very small so you feel like you are really getting Alexa's attention rather than just one of many in the room.
