Had my hair done by Brandi and I couldn't be happier!! I have very long, extremely thick hair that is difficult to cut. She knew exactly how to tame it and listened to what I wanted perfectly. Great at guy's cuts as well! I've been coming here for about 2 years, the stylists are great and like family together. I've had to get off work late and they have kept their doors open to accommodate me. Renee is genuinely an awesome person and puts in a ton of effort to keep the salon clean, festive, and welcoming. My wife is in the wedding business and we have referred them to several brides, everyone has raved about their service and gone on to recommend them to others as well. I moved to Alpine a little over a year ago and have been hesitant to have my hair done because it's always a little anxiety producing to find a new stylist. I am very happy to say that Renee's Uptown Salon did a fantastic job! My stylist name was Brandi and she was awesome. She was so down to earth and easy to talk to - which is a necessity when you're getting your hair highlighted due to how long it takes. On top of her being really nice, she did a great job on my hair. She did exactly what I asked for and offered her advice when I asked. Quite frankly, my hair was a mess when I walked in there and the transformation was incredible. I am so happy with how my hair came out! In addition to Brandi being so awesome, the salon was clean and everyone working there was so friendly. It has a great vibe to it where you automatically feel welcomed the second you walk in. I did some personal research before making an appointment to have my hair done this time. Two days before I stopped into this salon. I had never been there before, but I noticed their ad in Alpine listing. The shop was obviously very clean, patrons and staff had masks on. So I returned to get an appointment and was pleased to be able to be taken by Terry as a walk in. I am so pleased with both my color and haircut. Terry's manner was very professional, and she delivered a very flattering service for me. I can't recommend this place and this stylist enough. read more

I got my hair cut at Renee's last week by Summer and my sister got her color done also by Summer. We had a great experience, everyone there was friendly and professional. The shop was clean and decor is cool. We didn't wait long to get into the chair maybe 5 min or so and summer acknowledged us as soon as we stepped in the door and let us know she would be with us soon. I don't trust many people with my hair because my hair is like a horses tail, long, thick and way too much of it. So if someone doesn't thin it enough or cuts it weird I end up cutting it again myself and that's never pretty I can now relax and know my hair is in good hands, summer has earned my hairs trust. My hair is pretty and light (as in weight not color) and flowy and I can feel when it blows in the wind now. Just how I wanted it, like a shampoo commercial. The other clients in the salon seemed like regulars and we're happy. Everyone was enjoying their time with conversation. I like being able to talk to the person because it can get very boring sitting in the chair in awkward silence staring at yourself in the mirror. If nothing else, at least go here and get your hair washed. It's life changing. seriously! Oh and my sister was happy with her color too and I met Renee, she was nice. read more

I absolutely love going to see Summer at Renee's Uptown Salon. Summer has been cutting my hair for over a year and I am pleased every time. She also styled it for a wedding and did a beautiful job. To top it all off, Summer gives the absolute best scalp massages when washing and conditioning my hair! It's the best. I really enjoy the atmosphere if Renee's.
