I appreciate that he took his time and made small talk to make my kid feel comfortable (he's a pops himself he shared); he was super patient the whole time and when my kid would suddenly look a different way or keep shifting, he quietly worked with the flow! My kid can be sensitive but felt comfortable and calm sitting through a 45 min appt. To even help with the height/age diff from the usual client, at one pt Zack pulled together a custom sitting (skate)board on top of the booster seat pad to make sure he would be able to cut at the right height and angles. Rodrigo has done intricate designs in fades, curly styles and longer styles for my boys and they always come out wonderful. The last time we went, one of my sons became sick to his stomach out of the blue. It was incredibly embarrassing, but Rodrigo and his team handled everything with such professionalism. They entertained my youngest son while I tended to my sick child, refused to let me clean anything up and never once made us feel bad about the situation.
