But the best part of this Hollister location is the personal who run it. Every shopping experience I've ever had has been phenomenal because of the staffs professionalism, and warm genuine attitudes. The hiring manager is doing a remarkable job of choosing only the best staff to represent the Hollister brand, and for this detail alone, I can guarantee I will be a guest for life. Vicki, the cashier last night was an absolute gem. She was simply extraordinary! I had a return item and she processed the refund and item swap out with a delightful personality. I am thankful I had my son there who caught me or who knows what could have happened. My foot still hurts from it. It's called DUCK TAPE. Use some until someone fixes the issue. It's one thing if they didn't know about the problem however to just choose to let it stay that way until someone fixes it without any signs or tape is negligence. Went at 10:30am on a Monday and it was surprisingly busy. Everyone is coming to check it out. Store employees were super nice. Moderate size store with good selection, but some racks were empty or needed to be refreshed. I don't know if that's because they are short-handed (which they are), or because they haven't had a chance to get to things with the crazy crowds they've had. Either way, I found some items to buy, and will definitely come back.

I had to purchase a pair of dress shoes, and I specifically asked the salesperson when I told her that they were a little tight, but was assured that they would loosen up upon wear and if they didn't, that I could return them. I thought, "that's why I love Nordstrom's." Fast forward two hours, and I had a huge blister on the inside of my big toe. I had to remove the shoes and switch into tennis shoes, which did not match my suit at all. But, I knew I could return the shoes, so I was OK with that. I took the shoes back and was told by a sales clerk and by the manager, "Finn," that I could not return the shoes because they had been worn outside. I explained to her that I specifically asked that when I purchased them earlier and was assured that I could. She said that didn't matter because there were scuffs on the sole of the shoe. I said I would take store credit and she said "aren't you listening, I said we could not take them back." I would avoid this Nordstrom's rack, find another or better yet, just skip them altogether - they are not what they used to be, they do not stand behind their products, and they do not stand behind their word.
