They have GREAT sales and if you shop smart you can save a lot of money. Their clearance racks are fantastic. You can also sometimes find the clearance stuff online, and save even MORE money than in the store. A wide variety of styles for a wide variety of tastes. The ladies that work there are FUN and sassy and generally make being there a pleasure. The cons: Full price is PRICEY! If you like something you better buy it while it is still there, since their inventory turns over quickly. Many of their items are made from inferior materials and fall apart quickly, or pill up so that they look bad. Some of their jeans are durable, and some have holes within six months and it can be hard to tell which are which. I picked out something else in store only for the product on the tag to say something different than the actual shoe itself. I asked the cashiers if I can buy the shoe from online and ship to the store since I'm about to move to across country and want to have my mail sorted out through usps first so it doesn't get lost in the system. She said they could only deliver it to a house instead of in store. I looked online later because I've always done it at Abercrombie, American eagle, and Tillys where I can order in store and have it mailed to the store for secure pick up. So not only did she lie, she was also trying to take pictures of me and laugh behind my back? Crazy. I went in the next day to return the shoes that said one size but were actually another (my luck of course) and the other person was actually super nice surprisingly.
