Contacted the office only to be told no one was coming that it was an error in communication. The quote came in much higher than expected, over $750 to replace a couple balance rods which cost around $80 at most. The delay, the lack of communication and the overcharging made for a bad experience.

For us it was replacing the weather stripping at the bottom of our 8 foot steel entry door, which needed to be removed to access the 5 screws holding the old weather stripping in place. He used plastic sheeting to close our entry while carefully placing our door on carpeted sawhorses.
