I have an illnesses which causes me to vomit frequently, sometimes with no warning. I had an episode while in the Martin Dentistry office some time ago. It's not as though they didn't know or hadn't seen it. However, after being late to an appointment which was rescheduled I was ridiculed. Call me silly but I didn't want to uncontrollably vomit all over the dentist or hygienist. Frankly, it's a health risk. I could've easily choked on my vomit during treatment. You can be the best dentist but with an unprofessional, patient facing staff you will eventually lose business. Side note, somehow the office suppressed my Google review. Now I consider them unreliable.

HOWEVER, I will say that this is the first time from start to finish. I changed dentist due to my work and location so this past winter I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a co worker of mine and she recommended this dentist. I did my own research and decided to give it a whirl. The front office staff was great. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and honestly I am not dreading my next appointment.

He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! I also do not have all the words I need to express my gratitude for every person I had any type of contact with! Everyone was so personable and treated me with great respect! I felt confident about my smile walking out the door. I have a nervous system disorder that makes me twitch, and they were very accommodating to my situation while remaining thorough. She used a slightly duller electric tool to do the deep cleaning/scraping that could have potentially injured me if she had used a sharper tool and I had twitched. She was very kind and supportive during mouth x-rays as well. The cleaning process was very easy and Amber showed great attention to detail in areas where tartar buildup was the worst. Dr. Huseman is a great guy, and he was very informative while showing me my x-rays and walking me through my future filling procedure. This place can get lost in its strip mall between the DMV and the Hobby Lobby, with the sign only saying 'Family Dentistry.' But make no mistake, these folks are top-notch and will alleviate your fear of going to the dentist. Update: I went back for fillings a few months ago, and I am still satisfied and happy about my oral health. 5 stars.

I do not reside in Noblesville and have traveled to him all these years due to his great service. When my child was born, I scheduled her to be a patient which she has been for the last 2 years. Throughout those years, his receptionist Anastasia has been rude and unprofessional when scheduling appointments with me as well as rescheduling appointments. When speaking with her she has a negative attitude, talks over me while I'm talking and rushes me off the phone. Almost as if she doesn't want us to be patients there. I requested to speak with Dr. Huseman, at his convenience, to discuss my experience with Anastasia and this request was denied. Although, we have given this dentist office years of support, they do not care about customer loyalty or customer service. I recommend better customer service, a customer care line, office manager, or the office record calls if no one is willing to accept constructive criticism or have difficult conversations. These could all be good strategic/measurement tools to use to prevent bad customer service and present bad customer service if it continues. Remember who you have on the frontline of your business is the most important because they represent you. If I can't be heard to discuss a complaint with a receptionist I know for a fact I won't be heard if there's a concern with my dental care. I no longer recommend this dental facility.

Before the appointment, I spoke with the doctor about modifying one of the procedures to better accommodate my son's needs. She was incredibly understanding and assured me that they could absolutely make that adjustment. Unfortunately, the first hygienist was unable to complete the procedure, and another hygienist made me feel as though the accommodation I was requesting was unreasonable and that I was causing my son unnecessary stress. As his mother, I know my child's needs, triggers, and limitations better than anyone, so those comments felt dismissive and insulting. Thankfully, Kacey stepped in. She had worked with my son before and immediately approached the situation with patience, compassion, and understanding. She took the time to meet him where he was, handled him with such care, and successfully completed the procedure without adding to his anxiety. Most importantly, she treated both my son and me with respect. As a parent of a child with special needs, finding healthcare professionals who are willing to listen, adapt, and provide individualized care means everything. Kacey truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when we needed it most. She made a difficult situation much easier for both my son and me, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Kacey!

I hate to do this but I have to. Last week I had an old wound flare up in severe plain. Three…read moresurgeries. One a botched extraction. One more where the same dentist opened it up to "clean it out" and after six months of constant pain (because I was made to believe it wasn't real) I finally saw a third dentist who said root tips were left in and I needed surgery immediately. Had the surgery the same day and had two abscessed roots removed. Both the dentist and surgeon said it was absolute malpractice. My gums were shredded took months to heal. I've always had pain since then. Mild to moderate. Nothing I couldn't handle since I have severe lupus and can take some pain. Last week became sick and had severe pain in that spot. Decided to go to Lee as he was highly recommended. Turns out another root was left in there. Ground down, but there. Prescribed antibiotics and pain meds. Called every oral surgeon in the practice he referred me too. They all said it would be a month wait but if the dr called they could get me an emergency appt. he wouldn't call. I finally raised hell and got one today with a "montes" off 20th street. Showed up and he walked in laughing and stated it wasn't infected. It's common to leave roots etc. I said no sir I've had thre dentists one a surgeon day it was malpractice. I've dealt with the pain for two years but since last week it's unbearable. He chucked "you're telling me you've had an infection two years," that's not what I said. He laughed at me the whole time and even said "why would the last surgeon leave that root in there if he actually removed the other two? I don't know, ducking ask him. He insulted me and laughed at me and said he wouldn't help me. Went back to Lee today who had a sudden change of heart. He said "I talked to dr Bailey" I said I didn't see a doctor Bailey. Well why not. Because this place was the only place to see me within a month and I'm in severe damn pain. "Well he said it's not infected. Sounds like fibromyalgia. You should take gabapentin." Are you kidding me? I have lupus. I can take pain and I already take that meds for DDD and it works. So if this was it why wouldnt I be pain and fever free. "Well you should see your primary care." So you're going to send me out of here in severe pain today when last week you seemed super sympathetic. Yep. I will not tolerate people telling me pain is in my head and questioning me like I'm a child or some sort of drug seeker. I can't take I buy so yes, I need something a little stronger and if I say somethings not right ITS FUCKING NOT RIGHT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Treating me less than humor and implying the pain is all in my head. Unacceptable. Do better.
