Second, the staff- INCREDIBLE! My laser tech for the last 3 sessions has been Michelle and she's so sweet, so knowledgeable, the time goes by so quick with her since she's so easy to talk to! She's also hyper aware while we're chatting and constantly asks if I'm feeling ok as she moves the laser - which I appreciate! Bonus points for the front desk staff, so so so sweet and kind!!!!!! Third and most important - the location is super easy to access, maintained very well, so hygienic, and I couldn't ask for more! They really have thought of everything to make it a comfortable experience. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. What ultimately brought me into the store for the first time was an amazing offer for a package for underarm laser hair removal. It was so great to see that they offered so many great deals and had many promotions. My first time going to the skin spa was back in the summer for my first session of laser with Olga. The facility is clean and well kept. The receptionist was extremely friendly and answered questions that I had. Then, I was taken into the back with Olga and she asked me a lot of questions and examined my under arms before she used the laser to ensure to put the laser on the correct setting for me. She was extremely knowledgeable. The laser barely hurt. I was very happy with the experience and have gone back a few times and the hair is almost already gone. Just a few days ago I went to the spa for a facial with Olga and once again I was not disappointed. They had a great variation of specials and deals in November so I got buy one get a facial 50% off. Olga took me in the back and asked me all about my skin and my own concerns. She gave me two options for a facial I could do that she recommended for my skin. She spoke to me throughout the facial and was so kind answering any skin related questions that I had. She told me about many of the products that they have there and I ended up buying something but nothing was forced upon me. I left there feeling so refreshed, glowing and happy. The first time, the woman gave me perfect dark lashes that lasted the usual amount of time. She was efficient, the salon is lovely, and I was eager to return. If I'd written this review then, it would've been glowing. The second time was a different woman. She was very kind, but the experience and results were awful. She took over an hour to simply tint my lashes. This is usually a 15-20 minute process. I was the only customer at the time, so it's not because she was busy tending to others. She initially applied the protective patches on my skin under my eyes but then removed them for most of the process. I had dark dye stains on the skin under my eyes through the next day. She didn't apply the dye the full length of my lashes, so I still had blond at the base. The color lasted less than a week (it usually stays for a month). It was a complete waste of time and money.
