My first time visiting Milan laser hair removal was amazing! I walked into a very clean and…read moretranquil environment. I loved the quiet spa look and vibe. I met with Christine the clinic manager and she gave me a tour of their facility. We went over different packages that would work best for me and what I wanted my end result to be, and she took her time to explain everything and gave me a really great and affordable package. I think the second best part of my visit was when Christine told me I could have my first session that same night, and Soriah the laser tech, stayed and performed it for me. She made it super comfortable and effortless. (I chose the Brazilian laser package). I asked questions and she was able to answer all of them for me and how we would proceed from one session to another. I've had laser hair removal in the past but never with such great results after just one session. That's why I went to them because I was unsatisfied with the previous place I had gone to. Tomorrow is my second session and I'm so excited because I've had a little to no regrowth, so I can only imagine how great my results are going to be this time around. I'm giving Milan Laser Hair Removal 5 stars for customer service, their amazing looking facility and for the results that I received!

My mom started going to Olga over two decades ago, and soon, when I was old enough I followed and so did my sister. Over the years my brother and husband have visited the office for laser and skin care as well. There is no website (the place is exclusive) - but the office is one of the most beautiful you will ever visit. Flawless couches, authentic art work, zen music and amazing smells fill the rooms. The service is stellar and private (I guess why so any high profile people love them). Laser hair removal, skin tightening is flawless and done by Olga. Her daughter Bella is a wiz with her hands and does some of the best facials anywhere. They are so good I drive out from Manhattan several times a year with mys sister and my mom goes almost monthly. After completing most of my treatments and barely seeing results, I was told that Spafit Syosset was under new management. Sabrina came in and tried to fix up as much as she could. My treatments with Sabrina went very well and she did do her best to fix the place. Leena is also very good. However, the entire Spafit system is terrible. I'm at Spafit syosset as I write this because they are closed today, when my appointment is set for 12:30. This is not the first time and I'm not the first person to say this. The Jericho location tried to call me from the information they had in their system from 2 years ago (and I have changed my number since visiting them). they do not have access to the current information that syosset has, which makes their whole system crap. I'm highly dissatisfied with all of Spafit, and owners need to get better systems, or they will continue losing clients.
