She was very gentle and patient with my newborn and 3 year old during the shoot. I was certain that we didn't get any good family/sibling pics since my daughter wasn't having it towards the end of the photoshoot, but her pics proved me wrong. I was deciding back and forth on having a newborn photoshoot but changed my mind once my baby was born. Kim was able to fit me into her schedule since newborn photoshoot needs 1-3 months advanced notice/appointment. She was very accommodating. I really loved our newborn photoshoot and the results. I HIGHLY recommend getting the album. I think it's in archival pages (I hope that's the right term?), where each page is like super thick (0.3cm ish). It's high quality and amazing! I don't regret it at all. You can even request for the color you like. She knew that I like green and picked the sage green for me (very attentive to details) . And you can engrave (e.g., name, birthday, etc.) on the cover as well but I blurred out that in the review pictures. Some other pros: - very communicative - very understanding - very patient - super friendly and knowledgeable (she did some magic with my newborn, was able to coo her and calm her down ) - she came super prepared (she has her own props). Con: - You will end up liking all the photos. I ended up getting all the photos edited and went sha-bang with a fancy photo album. You are warned, lol! It was seriously hard to pick my top #'s of photos (based on the package you pick). All of them came out so good! And my baby had jaundice and did amazing with the editing/touch up. Also, I just booked her for my baby's cake smash shoot. That's how much I was happy with her work. I am a returning customer. This time I made sure to book 3 months ahead though aahahaha

Throughout the photoshoot, she handled my baby very carefully and was very patient with him even when he cried and needed us to soothe him. All in all, we spent 5 hours together and got some really good shots! Kim also delivered the gallery within 1-2 weeks of the photoshoot. There are add-on options to pay for more images if you want more than what your package provides, so there's flexibility there. Not to mention I absolutely love the theme setups that Kim has. We got the dim sum, bubble spa ones and absolutely loooved the final product. It's so fun to watch as parents too! 10/10 would recommend Kim for a newborn photoshoot.
