I can't believe no one left a review for this place yet...I very much enjoy living at the Holiday Manor, the building is very quiet, the neighbors keep to themselves, there is a very clean and affordable laundry mat on site that is open 24 hours and has magazines/books for you to read or write a suggestion and drop it in the suggestion box located in there as well while you wait for your Laundry. Very desirable location with a cute and comfortable pool deck and insanely clean pool. Every morning I leave for work I see the maintenance man, Brian cleaning the pool (he cleans each floor, pool and lobby every single day!-except weekends I think...) Derek the resident manager seems to know every tenant by name and is very kind, he and his wife are very festive and decorate the lobby very beautifully every holiday! Only downsides to this building is 1. There is a public housing project behind that constantly has mopeds going in/out along with that one particular unit there that are always fighting (a problem if you're on the lower floors) and 2. 98% of the units here are studios (decent size studios though!) So if you're wanting a bigger unit you unfortunately have to leave this clean and well managed building... :/ I would highly suggest a unit here, they're are rules like every else but they are more than reasonable rules and I have never had problem with the rules. Also! If you're a greenie, there's a recycle bin down stairs for you to throw your recyclable containers in :D read more
