We enjoyed our stay immensely.
Our room was lovely and well appointed. I loved looking out over the boats docked below.
The breakfast was plentiful and a welcome addition to our stay.
The staff is the biggest plus on this property. We were greeted warmly at every turn. Everyone was quick to address us. I never felt ignored. Staff members were also quick to offer solutions, answer questions and follow up afterward to assure we were satisfied. I cannot say enough positive things about them.
A member of my party has mobility issues and there were a couple of spots on the property that were rough to navigate. Firstly, a railing/hand rail would be wonderful along the exterior ramp. I wish the bench at the bottom of the front steps wasn't blocking access to the center hand rail. The original pavers on the ground floor were a possible tripping hazard.
Aside from those spots, the hotel is highly accessible for guests. The lifts, walkways, halls, entrances and baths are easy to navigate for all levels of mobility.
I would happily stay here again.
Check out The Beatles Story Museum and The Magical Mystery Coach Tour. Both are located a short walk from the front doors and offer assistance for guests with accessibility needs.
There is also a small grocery store across the main road. It was an easy walk.
We loved Liverpool and appreciated being so well looked after at this Holiday Inn Express.
