I wanted my front pieces to have a wave, but she kept curling them tight and it just never looked great. She blamed it on my hair being too thin, but I showed her a picture from when another hair stylist was able to do it. I was disappointed for my engagement shoot and was close to canceling. Carly was great - she called Frazer to confirm my color formula. She explained every step while taming and coloring. She was simply fun to talk to and had great funny stories. She made the time pass quickly. I rarely style my long hair in the summer as the heat destroys all my efforts - regardless of the amount of hold spray I use.
