I have been using great clips for years. 3 times in the past year I have had my necklace cut off my neck. They always apologize which is great but it costs me to get it fixed. The last time the manager was there and told me that I should NOT wear a necklace when getting my hair cut. Never have I ever heard no jewelry when you get your hair cut. I will not go back to the Kenneth location and I am considering finding a new place. It was bad enough having it cut off but to be told it was basically my fault was ridiculous. read more

Called to see if Nicole still worked there who has done my hair several times and they hung up on me many times before finally answering phone and she said no! I just spoke to a person who just got their haircut by Nicole done a week ago and l really don't know what goes on behind scenes at this location but not professional customer service!! They showed me they don't need my business and l don't want to have my hair cut by shady individuals that have no customer service skills! read more

Just went there today and was absolutely disgusted .All I needed was a simple shape up and wanted 1/2 cut off.The resulting haircut was a 4 on the sides and 3 inches off the top. I came out of that place with a freaking mullet.Would give 0 stars if possible read more

Disclaimer: This is more like a barbershop than a hair salon. If you need a haircut and don't want to spend a lot of money, this is your place. I wanted to get the rest of my hair color cut out (about 4-5 inches) and I wanted a good interim haircut without breaking the bank. I knew the resulting cut would be short. I brought a couple of photos in to show my stylist, Adrielle. She listened to what I wanted, asked some questions and told me the resulting cut would still be layered even before she got started. I love the results. This is a great place to go to maintain a hairstyle on a regular basis but you don't want to spend a lot of money. read more

I love this place. The haircuts are VERY reasonably priced and they frequently send out coupons. I love the online check in, so that I can check in while I'm leaving work, and get right into the chair when I arrive. I have not had a bad haircut here yet, and I go every 3-4 weeks. I am picky about what I want and the hair stylists listen to me EVERY time! When I ask for an opinion regarding changing up my hair slightly they are always helpful and honest with me, and go the extra mile to make the style look good. They also aren't as pushy as many places are about trying to sell me salon products. The salon is simple, always clean, and well lit. I strongly suggest going here! read more

Not sure what is going on with this place, but it used to be a good place to go for a haircut at a reasonable price. I've had 2 haircuts recently that were terrible. Layers should be a simple thing to do, but some of the stylists here are incapable of doing this appropriately. If you want a straight cut ok, but anything else, stay far away. I arrived with no waiting to two new faces. I guess the other hair stylist quit or moved on.. anyway I sat down and the cutter, definitely not hairstylist, but cutter.... Read my information on the screen and said, I see you do scissors only. I replied yes explain a couple of things I like my hair round in the back and cut just shy of over the ears. Just trim about an inch all around. She began my haircut with two Spritz's of water on the right side of my head. She began cutting and I had to stop her from cutting... Remind her only an inch. She said okay and with that began cutting my hair the haircut went quickly as if I were a 5yrd child. 48 she broke out the buzzer, and with the combing my hair trimming like blades of grass. I let her finish while stopping her a few times to check how bad the cut was. My hair can get fixed buy another hair stylist and unfortunately my bangs look like a child cut their own hair way too short. I will enjoy my spiked hair knowing that it will eventually grow back. As for me I will not return. Time to find a new place. read more

Stay away! Hair cuts are inconsistent but the saving grace was quick way to get a cut between running errands. However, today was first experience with "online checkin". Today, a room full of clients experienced "new" people walking in door going before those waiting. After 30 minutes a customer asked why and was advised of online checkin. So as we gave our names, no one advised that it would be extended wait times (irked me that I waited 35 minutes only for the girl to advise still had two people from online ckin before me!). I can't express how unhappy I am with this place. I was helped by Sabrina I believe, last Thursday evening. I showed her the cut that I wanted . I thought it was a pretty straight forward cut . No layers just straight across but shorter. Not only did my look come out looking nothing like the picture I showed her. There was Tons of layers that made me look like I had cut my own hair and messed it up. At first I thought well maybe when i straighten it it will look better , but no , if anything it looked worse straight. Before going I read the reviews for great clips and they were bad, but I decided to give them a chance anyways because you can't beat the prices! Well like they say sometimes you end up paying more for less. I had to cut my own hair so much shorter to give it that even straight look I wanted. They need to step up their game !!!please don't attempt to cut someone's hair if you aren't capable of doing a good job because then they will be stuck with a bad haircut for months !
