I reached out to customer service "George" expecting a replacement plant or a refund, but his response was "Just water it." For the price paid, I expected a healthy plant, not a resuscitation project. Telling a customer to water a plant that arrived in this condition is a complete brush-off. Save your money and buy from a nursery that actually stands behind the quality of their plants. I won't be shopping here again.

I told them never mind, then, and to just cancel and refund the order. George replied "Ok sure ill check to see what we can do for you. Thanks" ... this was over a month ago, but I never got a refund, and the order is still just listed as processing/pending, and the order was placed in NOVEMBER. I have opened a BBB dispute, but the BBB just keeps saying they can't get a response. Guess I have to dispute the charge on my card or take them to small claims court...

So they totally lied to me about it and took my money and left me with no way to get this in the hole. Staying at home has driven me to bring out my creative talents that I've suppressed for whatever…read morereasons. So, I decided to do some simple plantings and enhance my surroundings. As I Googled Succulents, so many choices came up. You can grow them from seeds, clippings or already rooted and potted. I chose the clippings, because it's like they're meeting me halfway and the cost was much better. Seeds would take several weeks before I would see a plant. So, I chose Annie's from Esty. She had the best priced offer of 30 clippings for around $25. They arrived within a few days via a small Priority Mail box. They shipped well all the way from CA. And, I received way more than 30 plants! I'd prepared for their arrival by purchasing special soil and pots with drainage. In botany, succulent plants are plants with parts that are thickened, fleshy and engorged, usually to retain water in arid climates or soil conditions. The word succulent comes from the Latin word sucus, meaning 'juice', or 'sap'. I spent time learning about these plants while waiting for their arrival. They require little watering and do well indoors. New plants can be created by taking off petals and propagating them. I was so excited! It was fun arranging them. They can be replanted later individually if needed. If they survive me, then, they're pretty hardy. They will also make excellent home office gifts for friends!

They are making a huge amount of noise during…read morework hours, destroying yard debris from somewhere else, and blowing sawdust and wood chippings all over the public roads and all over the cars my coworkers and I just had washed yesterday. When I went to ask them about it, they didn't seem to care too much about the fact that they're disturbing our office and dirtying our cars. They might be good at whatever it is they do (tree removal?), but they certainly aren't being very courteous about the whole operation.
