She returned to our table after taking our order to tell us that there was a huge To Go order and there would be a delay... 1 hour later we received our simple orders that were barely eatable... I'm not sure how pancakes could be cooked so hard, couldn't even be cut with a knife. The bacon was totally burnt and the waitress did ask if we wanted it replaced. We were on a time crunch after waiting over an hour after sitting down so couldn't wait for replacement. Very sad and what a waste. Kids left hungry.

Wine tasting: Each sample was served in a wine glass, glasses brought to us in a lovely metal flight server. We tried what we thought we might like, and, as expected, several were quite pleasant. To our taste, the best sample that day was the Cabernet Franc, so we purchased a bottle for home.

I have come in twice since the other one sold out and so disappointing because I know what it used to be. Now it's subpar service, with subpar ice cream. They didn't tell me at the intercom they don't make grape, instead they just made a cherry freeze and informed me as they tried to hand me the cherry. My chocolate shake WOW it wasn't even mixed all the way,I could still see the chocolate at the bottom and chunks of plain vanilla ice cream(and no they weren't busy.1 car behind me, and 2 customers in the lobby) this is awful I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get your dog plain vanilla ice cream, because it seems like anything else is to complicated for them.
