Our first job was to replace an ornamental outdoor fishpond that had failed. The liner had buckled/ cracked (after 30 years). Joe and team dug it out, discovering that initial installation had been substandard. As part of project, he got a new liner, did a redig of the hole, and installed it with multiple layers of compacted sand. He also redid and cemented the flat rock and waterfall around the pond. He had great recommendations about how to make it look better, which we gladly accepted. He also assisted in transferring plantings around the pond... Project turned out great, and pricing was fair. While here, he also identified some issues on our chimney, and he fixed those perfectly. There are a couple of other projects that he identified for us, and we plan to work with him on those. Again, I cannot recommend Joe and Niteroi more highly. Roland Wayland
