I went in today to purchase an anniversary gift for my husband--a knife, of course! I went in somewhat blindly, asking a lot of questions and trying to get a male perspective on the different options. The gentleman helping me wasn't extremely knowledgeable, but he did help narrow down my choices, which I appreciated. I also asked about having the knife engraved. He didn't know much about that other than 2 weeks out and had to call someone for help. The person he called, Amanda, didn't really give him much direction other than saying she couldn't help because she was "in the back getting an IV bag," which I thought was a very odd thing to say to a customer. I ultimately decided to purchase the $300 knife and leave it there, thinking Amanda would call me soon with information about the engraving, especially since they would need the knife anyway. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't received a call. At that point, my mind was racing because I was still thinking about how odd it was that someone would be "getting an IV bag in the back" while at work. I went back to the store and simply asked for the knife. No questions were asked, and there was no follow-up about whether I still wanted the engraving. They just handed the knife back to me. This was my first experience with this business, and unfortunately, it wasn't the greatest. Overall, it was a very odd experience, to say the least. read more

I was searching for a new grip for my Sig p365. It's a small gun and can be a little difficult to control. I bought a set of grips from them and they're great. For those of you with that gun they'll fit under the Lima laser switch.....No Problem. I even left my Fox rubber grips under the Hogue. Great customer service, ask for Kara extension 2. She's the best !!! read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pirhana grip at about 2pm on a Saturday, and after doing some further research decided that was not the right grip for my purposes. I sent en email a few hours later to cancel and reimburse my order BEFORE my order was processed or shipped. They sent me the item and charged me anyways. I called when I got the package and asked if they got my email to cancel the order, which they did, but said they processed it anyways and now I was responsible to ship it back to them. Paid 18$ from UPS to get it back to them for them still shipping an item that should have never shipped to me in the first place. They started saying "well you should have called us since you didn't get a reply via email", which I did and the offices were closed. Very unhelpful staff and quite unprofessional. read more

The only thing that beats the quality of Hogue Products is their Customer Support and the efficiency of their operation. I had the pleasure of dealing with them recently for some custom grips on two of my handguns. Not only was the quality of their grips better than anything else that I have seen on the market, their processing of the order was awesome and follow up was second to none. Shout out to John Dotts & Mandy in particular. They're the BEST! read more

I own a Browning DBA, an early Sig P220. The manager had Sig P220 grips that would fit with some massaging. "I'm in town for 4 days I told him." "We can have these done today he said." I was visiting friends that day and couldn't return by closing. To forgo the DOJ paper work. He said he would deliver my gun to me at the address I was staying. At 4:00 it was dropped off. Now that's customer service! read more

Love this place, products and pro shop employees. Brought my knife in for sharpening and they checked it out, fixed a problem with the release, lubed it and got it back to me in 2 hours. Awesome communication, great attitudes. Art is a blast to talk to, so is the new lady, sorry, I forgot your name. But you were great to deal with today. read more

Sad place that isn't relevant in today's industry. Ar-15 parts are totally sub par. I wonder how much is actually American made anymore.

A few months ago my husband and I went to this store and had great customer service while exchanging a grip. Today on the other hand we went and found the doors locked before 5pm, their closing time is listed as 5pm. Not only were the doors locked but the clerks inside just looked at us when we tried to walk in. No apologies and no signs explaining the early closure. So I recommend you call before going so you don't waste you gas and time. read more

I have been using Hogue grips for many years on numerous firearms throughout my career . Recently I have them on two snub nose handguns. My wife had a problem with one side of the grip. Hogue was contacted to bring the small defect to their attention. Immediately Camille Anderson in Customer Service contacted us and we supplied her with additional details and photographs. Without question and not even asking.. Hogue and Ms Anderson remedied the situation. I will continue to be a Hogue Lifetime Customer and highly recommend them to everyone. My recommendations do not come lightly but when a company has this kind of personal customer service in this day and age.. I highly recommend them. read more
