It turns out that his boss was sick the whole week along with the other master HVAC technician which made us think that the job was too much fora smaller company. The next week they called and left a message that he would be coming by the house to look at job. My wife was not able to reply to message in time and he showed up at our door and we informed him that we had hired another HVAC company. Today I received a bill for $85 for a service call.?

He worked for hours to correct the situation and restore water to the home. He threw himself right into the mud and muck and worked until it was done. Such a tremendous and positive attitude for a young man. It was refreshing. He needed a fitting and he called for reinforcement and another experienced plumber, David, dropped what he was doing and came out immediately to help resolve the issue. We weren't aware, of the lock they put on, nobody told us that there would be one. Don't know why the city of Danville did it. Anyway Young came saw the lock and left. He was also pretty rude and condescending toward me, which I didn't appreciate. Today we got a bill from Young's in the amount of $41.50. I know that gas prices are expensive, so is time. But he didn't drive further than maybe up to 10 miles round trip and didn't stay longer than 5 minutes. I guess he also charged me, for his rudeness??
