They sent out a very nice young man who was punctual and courteous but admitted he wasn't sure which what was the best way to proceed and said he would have his boss come out the house to look at the project. It turns out that his boss was sick the whole week along with the other master HVAC technician which made us think that the job was too much fora smaller company. The next week they called and left a message that he would be coming by the house to look at job. My wife was not able to reply to message in time and he showed up at our door and we informed him that we had hired another HVAC company. Today I received a bill for $85 for a service call.?

I received a call at the end of the day stating they would be no longer be coming out here to service my A/C. The reason was we have had someone else out here repairing our A/C and the repair person bypassed something in the A/C and they didn't want to be held responsible. We have had no one out here to repair anything on our unit. It was just an excuse. I called them at 8 am the morning and they didn't call me back until 4. Now, I have to wait till Wednesday to get a service person out here. All I have to say is SHAME on them. They only want the big jobs.

But he didn't drive further than maybe up to 10 miles round trip and didn't stay longer than 5 minutes. I guess he also charged me, for his rudeness??
