If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. I wish that these guys had built my whole home. The project Manager Alex was very hands on, and he worked on-site most days. In the event that he would go to another job site he would let me know the plan for the day and generally check in on his return, or at the end of the day. The team kept a clean jobsite and would clean up at the end of every work day.
