That was in March. Made polite contact again a few weeks later, said he'd get to it "soon". Politely made contact again a month after that, said I'd have my paperwork "tomorrow". Contacted him a month after that stating I wanted my report or a refund... Here we are a month later and... crickets. He's a thief plain and simple.
