My initial contact with Capital was spurred by my recollection of hearing their weekly radio spots on AM radio. On their radio show they frequently made the point of Capital's complete analysis of your existing system and equipment. Many potential improvements to my older system were discussed and how this would provide better comfort and efficiency. Justin D. explained in language I could understand and answered all my questions. I appreciated their respect for my home and wore disposals slip on booties. I noticed they were the only HVAC company to actually use a scope type camera tool to validate problem areas. They showed me, real time, what they discovered. I feel they were the most thorough and felt my issues were each addressed. I have not yet made a final decision on my replacement company but I solidly recommend Capital Heating as a quality organization with great customer service and support.

He answered the phone, friendly as can be, asked some questions and said he could get someone out tomorrow. He told me how to turn off the water supply to the humidifier and then asked me if he could call me right back. And he did! Two minutes later. He said he found someone (Jeff) who could come today. Wow! Jeff showed up, explained exactly what the problem was, fixed it and then handed my a bill that made my day! It was the most reasonable amount I could ever have expected. I am out of state, and dependent upon others, which is important to this review. I requested a contractor for roof repair via yelp, and received 3 contractor inquiries in a short period of time. I am fully on board with the contractor trope of "GOOD-FAST-CHEAP, You Pick 2", and this was going to have to be a FAST and GOOD job, so I was anticipating that it wasn't going to be CHEAP. I eventually settled on Buck Remodeling as they could get out to the location quickly- as in day or days, instead or weeks or month. The price was $1,000 to patch the roof in an emergency fashion and I was more than happy with the results. I lost power to my door bell, my laundry room, and of course I couldn't hang my new light! I called Roman electric, they were going to take five days to get out to my house. I called Current and the secretary told me I might be lucky because some people canceled. I had a guy out in an hour! I got the problem fixed for $483.00.
