They kept the car for two weeks, then called me to pick it up and charged me $4,376.98 for the repair--more than what the Ford dealership would have charged. At that point, they also mentioned that the car needed new brakes. I asked why they hadn't informed me earlier, especially since they had the vehicle sitting in their shop for two weeks. I couldn't help but wonder if this was just a way to get more money out of me. I left feeling disappointed that they hadn't brought up the brake issue sooner. Then, when I drove the car, I heard a rattling noise from the back. I took it back to the shop, and they told me it needed two wheel stabilizers, which would cost about $400 to fix. Again, I asked why this wasn't addressed--or at least mentioned--during the two weeks they had my vehicle. Their response was simply that they "didn't notice." This is extremely poor service and feels like an attempt to extract more money from the customer. Even if it wasn't intentional, it's still unprofessional and careless. I had specifically told the service advisor, Derek, to fix anything the car needed, yet he neglected that instruction entirely. I'm very disappointed. This shop had been my go-to mechanic for about 30 years, but the quality of their service has clearly gone downhill. I can no longer trust them, and I won't be returning. I'd rather take my car somewhere that values honesty and professionalism.

I paid hundreds less than another tire company quoted me) . He ordered the tires, called me to tell me they were in, and was able to schedule me an appointment quickly. During the appointment, the team was very quick to install the tires, and do a last minute, unscheduled, oil change. I would very much recommend this company and location to anyone in need of service for tires or regular vehicle maintenance. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

It didnt sound right but since we agreed with the price beforehand gave him the go signal. He tried to upsell. I know they're just trying to make a living, but I politely said no. Car went in for repair and I left. After 4hrs I called he said it aint finish yet they'll need another hour (scratching my head) and hell call me back. 4.5hrs later i just decided to see whats taking so long, got there, saw my car parked outside. Went inside to speak to the front desk guy he looked like he'sseen a ghost. To cut the story short it was very awkward conversation. Then he charged me with the bill... drum roll.. 350+hst! I provided the pads and clearly it was only pad replacement. I just got tired arguing with the front desk, paid, and left. Moral of the story: stay away!
