At that point, they also mentioned that the car needed new brakes. I asked why they hadn't informed me earlier, especially since they had the vehicle sitting in their shop for two weeks. I couldn't help but wonder if this was just a way to get more money out of me. I left feeling disappointed that they hadn't brought up the brake issue sooner. Then, when I drove the car, I heard a rattling noise from the back. I took it back to the shop, and they told me it needed two wheel stabilizers, which would cost about $400 to fix. Again, I asked why this wasn't addressed--or at least mentioned--during the two weeks they had my vehicle. Their response was simply that they "didn't notice." This is extremely poor service and feels like an attempt to extract more money from the customer. Even if it wasn't intentional, it's still unprofessional and careless. I had specifically told the service advisor, Derek, to fix anything the car needed, yet he neglected that instruction entirely. I'm very disappointed. This shop had been my go-to mechanic for about 30 years, but the quality of their service has clearly gone downhill. I can no longer trust them, and I won't be returning. I'd rather take my car somewhere that values honesty and professionalism.

After I brought the tires in, they offered only $10 per tire, then raised it to just $12.50 per tire. That is $50 total for four good-condition EV winter tires that originally cost around $1,000. The offer was ridiculously low and felt like a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend bringing used tires here unless you are ready to be lowballed.
