This has happened more than once with more than one dealer. I trust Bob beyond any other mechanic, so few of them are honest. Conversely, I rarely go to the dealer for repairs or maintenance. I generally buy my cars new and keep them for 200,000 miles or more. Bob has always kept them (new and old) in tip-top mechanical condition and when he says they need something I know I am getting the best service and best value. My daughter brings her car to Bob even though she no longer lives nearby. He knows her car and takes good care of it.

I will never bring another car back to this place and they will not get one more dollar. We brought our pilot in for a parasitic draw. We literally left that on a note for them to check out. They said they tested everything (battery/alternator). I said did you drive it around? turn it on turn it off, etc. they said yes they even kept it overnight tested in the morning and they said everything came back good. I showed up just before they closed at 4 o'clock and had my son drive the car 3.5 miles to the rental car place (straight down 4th plain) because we were dropping off a rental car only to have the car (pilot) die right there in the parking lot and not even being able to be jumped. This was extremely frustrating, especially after I told them that there was an issue so basically from what I gather all they did was charge the battery which I did at home and it was able to start one time. I don't think they did any relevant/ or proper testing on the car which I basically just burned up $100. That's fine living and learning I guess. What's very frustrating is trying to find a good honest shop that does good quality work and like I said we have brought all of our cars there going all the way back to the early 2000s And even before that so they have lost me as a lifetime customer and I would recommend if you have any electrical issues to not have the shop do it unless you want to be stranded and have your car towed to another place that can figure it out. There was no communication there was no Customer service... Not even a call that would apologize or willing to take care of the issue after they said that they had tried to fix it unfortunately, Munson's is no longer a top shop. Don't go here...

Took it across the street and they told me that the brand new radiator hoses that failed because Orchards screwed up. Then when I sold my car, the guy who bought it called me to tell me that I did not have a newer timing belt, which Orchards had said I needed and I paid for with some other things. Quit going there because things were adding up to not good. I had an emergency and needed a transmission pan. Over the weekend while they had my car, rats or mice destroyed stuff in my car and started to eat through area where my accelerator is. My first aid kits were eaten up, a nice basket I had my dog stuff in. Unbelievable. The work was fine I mean it was a transmission pan but the rodent issue was disgusting!
