Several of the contraptions did not work and some of the locks did not work or were not part of the puzzle but were not labeled. It was frustrating not being able to find where to start and the puzzles did not flow, leading you to the next task. Some puzzles were ridiculously difficult and could never be figured out without help! The staff were patient and helpful but I felt bad that they had to come help so much leaving the front lobby often empty! We would not waste our $$$ again!

Call and make a reservation. We will definitely make a return trip. The only reason that we give this four stars is because we had two separate workers give us two different sets of procedures. So they kind of need to work together to get that all straight. Also, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and it needed a little attention .

Overall, the kids had a good time and we were able to do something different that was not so crowded. They also have a nice gift shop attached if that is your thing.

Darren answered my call late at night and was able to get me a room. This place has incredible history. It's very charming. But, Darren was a big part of what made me enjoy my stay. This historical B&B is nested in the small town of Mena, Arkansas. As we drove upon the property, I already knew that we were going to have a comfortable stay as the driveway itself is elegant. The exterior of the home brings back all the character and charm of the 1900's. The innkeepers were one the friendliest hosts I have met. Both Darren and Jill went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most pleasant stay. A plus on this, is that Jill herself is a baker and had different types of cookies and muffins ready for us daily. Highlights were the blueberry muffins (berries locally picked) and the Louisianna Tea cookies (original family recipe). They even had plenty of drinks stocked for us throughout the stay. Darren himself is a concierge and was so knowledgeable of the home's history and the surrounding areas. The house itself was comfortable and one of a kind. We were given the top floor of the home which felt like a suite. The house has been kept to its original state. Everything from the windows to the doors, and ceilings are authentic. As we walked into the first room upstairs, we could not help but notice the coziness of the decor. The room itself has two twin beds and is connected to the primary bedroom and bathroom. The space was huge and felt welcoming. The beds themselves were so comfortable that we ended up sleeping in daily getting caught up on some much-needed zzz's. I was a little worried about thin walls, but you could not even hear a pin drop! On our last day, we sat out in their back porch sitting area to view the beautiful sassafras trees. These trees are the oldest trees in the area and were absolutely beautiful. As the sun went down, we started to see the mesmerizing fireflies making the our experience majical!. This brought back so many memories since do not have these back in Vegas. This was just a priceless moment for us! This by far was one of our best stays while out traveling. If we are in the area again, we will book another stay but if not, we will stop by for the treats! Thanks to Darren and Jill for the wonderful experience!

Came here on my trip to broken bow and seen the Cave near the Air B&B we were staying at…read more Unfortunately the 3d was not working right in the roller coaster room. I was disappointed that it wasn't working at that time, but the owner asked us to come back and once it's fixed, we'll get a try it again. They do have many different rides in the 3d room and staff was very friendly and helpful but things do brake down which happens to us all every now and then.

Here, it was about $85 (plus tip for the guides) for a 45-minute experience with six zip lines total, which felt like a great value for finally checking this off the bucket list. From the start, the staff set the tone. Bree handled our check-in and could not have been sweeter. They must go out of their way to hire great people because every single person we interacted with was incredibly nice and welcoming. Our actual zip-line guides were Quincy and Audrey, and they were fantastic. Super friendly, clearly experienced, and calm, which was exactly what I needed as a nervous first-timer. The zip-lining itself is kind of a blur--it went by fast--but the last line was the standout, soaring a bit over the lake. I'm glad I finally did it. Not sure I need to do it again, but I have zero regrets. One tip: go in the morning before the heat kicks in. There is a little bit of hiking between lines, and in that afternoon sun, it felt like a sauna in a helmet. Still, a fun adventure and a great memory. The group size they limit it to is about 10, so no real wait time between lines.
