Not impressed. Rude staff. Slow carts. They need some competition so they have to button up their operation a little.

Workers are soooooo RUDE!!! From the past reviews it seems like the same people they've had for years! I'm talking RUDE!!!!!!!! I checked the website and my daughter was an inch taller than needed! They made her stand under a stick at the window and said "WE HAVE CAMERAS SO DONT TRY TO CHEAT!" Like what????? They control the governor on the carts with remote controls. I never hit a wall, cart, or anything else yet they cut the throttle all the time! It would be great for lil ones but they measure from the middle of the kids forehead not how tall they actually are! I will NEVER go back! $10/person much wasted! Go to Hochatown amusement if you want to have fun on the go carts! This place doesn't even deserve 1star but that's all it will let me do! read more

Only able to do the race360 machine due to the weather. They did work hard to try and prepare the track for racing. Only two of our four kids were big enough to even race...wish they had some options for the smaller kiddos to drive the real thing. The 360 was a good time for a few minutes. At a modest cost of $8 per ride on most options in the speedway, it could get pricey if you go crazy, but a fun way to kill and hour or so in town! read more

We checked the website before going. It said kids must be 55" to ride alone. We purposefully measured our oldest child (8yo) to make sure he was tall enough to ride so we could ride w/our 2 younger kids. He is 55.5" tall. We arrived only to learn that they are basing the height on a wooden stick they have in the entrance that they say "the stick must be in the middle of the kid's forehead" but the stick is set at 55" which means your kid needs to be like 57" tall for it to hit them at the forehead. We explained our predicament and the staff got very rude very fast. They spiked emotionally and yelled at us, "You don't tell us how to run are business. You don't want us telling you how to raise your kids do ya?!?" So we drove down to Hochatown Amusements instead. Super nice staff and better go karts. read more

BTW: This company was somehow able to delete my google review, so I came here. I wanted to take my toddler here because she is within the limits listed on the website. We made the trip out and learned she was too young. I understand. I am not upset about safety policies, but I wish they were all listed on the website. THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES THEY DO NOT GO BY AGE. I reached out to the company on Facebook to say that it would be helpful to include these policies. They responded stating I know nothing about safety regulations and should not have made a promise to my toddler without double checking. I think lots of us jump to write bad reviews without bringing up concerns with a company. I thought it would be helpful to future customers. The insulting response was unnecessary. Then they blocked me before I could respond. ETA: Editing to add before I get the generic response about the reviews being about the regulations, not about the service...my review is solely about the service. I'm fine with the rules. I was annoyed the rules were incorrectly listed on the website and when addressed, I was insulted for not calling and asking if their website was correct or not. read more

In my opinion, this place is not very good. They did not have enough go karts for the amount of people they're trying to provide this "amusement" to. There were exceptionally long wait times, and several malfunctions occurred during the races which further lengthened wait times. It's a cash only facility, but there's no ATM on property which forces you and your family to walk either across the street through two lanes of busy traffic, or through gravel roads/parking lots around more moving vehicles. They don't provide refunds if you get tired of waiting after an hour. The whole experience was a waste of time and money. Would not recommend. read more

0/10 I do not recommend! One star is too generous for this establishment, if I could leave ZERO stars I would. We brought a large group of teenagers to ride go carts and the only two girls we had with us were told they couldn't ride, one because she had a walking boot on (I get that one) but the other because she was wearing a tank top. The rude as can be woman behind the glass said that there wasn't enough material on her tank top and it would fly up while riding but that is a straight up lie, her shirt was tucked in her shorts and form fitting it wasn't going anywhere. My son want to go to go kart racing. It's $9 a Child but must be minimum 55" tall. Our son wasn't. But he had fun riding with one of us.

We did not have a pleasant experience. The staff work there were rude to me. They don't really explain the safety procedures. It says no bump but we happened to be in a big group, I got bumped and slower down since I have kid with me. On their website, they said small children can ride with the parents, while when we go there was a big group in front of us. The man directed me and said, Mom, go to the one that's out of the rows. They let all of the carts go in front of and finally started mine, and then the man who controls the cart shut mine off because he said I was going too slowly one round before everyone else. The place also only accepted cash. read more

Passing all the crying kids walking back to parking lot should have been a clue. The worst. Rude employees. If the height requirement is 55" your kid better be at least 60" before they'll let them ride. Lot of business being lost. read more

Go karts are small.. even for me and I'm 5 ft 3. Pricing was a bit expensive as well. $8 for one ride.

We walked up to try to buy tickets and were immediately told our 15 year old son wouldn't be able to ride bc he had a brace on his wrist for a sprained wrist. Waste of time. read more

This was so much fun! Ages 3 to 55 in our group and we all enjoyed it! You do have to be 55 inches to drive one so we rode double with the kids. Had shaved ice afterwords. Friendly staff! Would so do this again. read more

WARNING: This track has a 36" height restriction BUT your 40" child may or may not be able to ride depending on if the lady wants to go outside and start the carts. SHE is rude and slammed the window closed. I would highly recommend the cart track 3 miles down the road it has Great service and very friendly. read more

We had a terrible experience here. Customer service was terrible, staff was rude and unreasonable. Hochatown Amusement was way better.

They could really use some customer service training. The young lady at the window did not smile nor greet me, she simply slid open the window and waited for me to tell her what I wanted. We arrived in a large group. A member of my group was dissatisfied with her sno cone and asked the server for more juice. The server told her to throw it in the trash but refused to replace it. The member of my group asked for the manager. The manager approached the window and was just as rude. He told us that the sno cone they made was fine and that no one but us has complained. I explained to him that the server and his customer service could be better and he told me that it didn't matter because it's his parents business. They should've use this as a teachable moment but instead they made an irate customer ever more irate. They didn't deescalate the situation. They made it worse. I checked out their reviews in Facebook and noticed that they argue with customers that disagree with them instead of trying to make it right. That's unfortunate but since it's mommy and daddy's business, I guess it doesn't matter. The son of the owners also told the employees to not sell anything else to the people in the green shirts. That was also unfortunate, considering there were 30 of us and at least 20 was unaware of the situation. We allowed the kids to ride because the tickets were paid for but I couldn't wait to leave this establishment and I plan to never return, read more

Our family made a drive-by stop at Bigfoot Speedway during our first full day in Broken Bow, OK and we loved it! Friendly staff, reasonable price, and the cars are in much newer condition than we've encountered at other go-cart speedways. Track is in very good condition. Both parents and our (7 yr. old and 8 yr. old, respectively) children laughed hysterically the whole 12 or so laps! Note that children must be 53 inches to ride alone.
