He doesn't speak English very well so I just used a translation app and took pictures so it would translate to Spanish for him. His son however does speak English. He was extremely professional, very kind, and went above and beyond our expectations. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. He is extremely knowledgeable in appliances and the household! The problem with our washer was really really bad and he was able to fix it! I am extremely great full for him. He is also very very reasonably priced for the amount of work he did. I thought it was going to cost double than what he charged and what I was quoted from other companies.

A part was ordered (I have an old stove), it was in the next day, but when the box was opened, it was the item wanted but the igniter was on the opposite side with no way to fix it. Joe W., the technician, made phone calls and went out of his way to get the correct part so I would not have to wait 8-days for a part to be shipped from across the country. You might be tempted to use a business like this for better service than a big box retailer. I'm…read morenot sure that you'll get it. They use a text message tool to communicate with customers. But if you run into issues from the lack of context in texting the staff doing the texting may get fatigued and simply stop responding and refuse to take responsibility for their communication by giving you a first name. When you call directly to the office, the staff might refer you to a manager but the manager might be too busy to call you back and discuss your issue. When the service manager does call you back, you might be reminded of your responsibility to immediately report any quality issues with the repair, but get little recognition that repairs are sometimes done incorrectly. And in case you thought they like to use texting, be told it's really better for you to pick up the phone and call them. Not that the staff will be trained to proactively call you if texting goes sideways. If your dishwasher door won't open flat for loading after being disassembled, would you think that's a sign the repair was done incorrectly? I did. But Camden can't say if that would be the case. Anything could have happened.

After replacing my gray water tank around the middle of May 2025 they inadvertently put a screw…read morethrough a hydraulic line while reinstalling the under belly. I was unaware of this until a month later I noticed hydraulic fluid seeping from the edge onto the frame. I checked fluid tank which was a quart low. I finally got it in for service July 15th in Dewey, AZ where they found the screw into the hydraulic line. After hydraulic line replacement and degreasing it cost me $1000.00. I contacted Custom RV repair several times and got the runaround as they said they'd have Brian call me which he never did. Don't trust this business as they won't back up their work or mistakes.
