I purchase a battery and found out later they charged $51.00 to install it. Fifty One dollars to disconnect two connectors, remove the old battery and drop in the new one. A five minute job I could have done myself if I was not on the road. Battery Plus replaces batteries they sell for FREE! Les Schwab service is no more. If you need a battery, do not go to Les Schwab. And yes, I did call Corporate who told me he would contact Les Schwab in Florence and have them give me a call. He also attempted to defend the charge as some batteries are difficult to change.
