Great selection and awesome staff! They have a good variety of vintage and new trading cards. I saw some graded pokemon as well. Great stop!

She's Crafty! Yeah, she's Crafty!…read more Yeah... I admit it, I'm an artsy craftsy type of gal, and this is one of my favorite web sites for book arts stuff, ideas, inspiration, and just drooling. I wish I were rich. *sigh* If you want punch tools for leather or metal working, paper arts stuff, embellishments, doo dads, grommets, anything you can think of that you can put on a book, basically, it's ALL THERE. Prices are competitive, too... plus there are online workshops, info, and photos of what others are doing to help inspire you. It's a site I go to only when I have some money to burn. If you're like me, you'll LOVE this site!! Update 4/26/08: I just took a week long Book Arts Technic course with Christine Cox, the owner of Volcano Arts, and it was the BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE to learn new art skills. SERIOUSLY. There are only 6 students max, although we only had five. You get lots of one-on-one time with her. She's written articles, been in books, been everywhere and done everything to do with book arts, metal smithing, etc. She's super talented and I have learned SO MUCH in her class! I will post the photos of the books I made. You'll be so jealous. I still can't believe that I made them! Anyway, if you ever wonder about how great these classes are, just ask me!!

Obviously the owner/operator of the website is busy doing other things like teaching classes or what not. You won't get a timely response to emails and your items can take up to two WEEKS just to ship. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

This is about as good as it gets for hobby shops if your interests are in radio controlled (RC)…read morecars, trucks, boats, planes/helis and trading card games (TCG). I can't say much for TCGs, but every time I'm in the shop, there is always some activity with trading/selling or games being played on the handful of tables set up in the shop. My son and I have been RC customers here for nearly a year and the owner (Michael) and crew are friendly and willing. There is a good selection of popular ARRMA, Losi, Axial and Traxxas vehicles and just about every single new release is in the shop within a few days. There is a curated collection of popular race vehicles behind the counter as well as Kyosho Mini-Z and handful of more specialized brands that only enthusiast hobbyist would even know about like Xpress, MST, and Corally to name a few. There is a small selection of planes and helicopters, and I've been able to have the shop order kits that are more obscure and have it be available within a week or so. I've found the prices to be the same as what is advertised on larger online retailers like Horizon Hobby, A-Main, or Tower Hobbies; Hobby Addicts does have a loyalty program, so I do appreciate that the business understands your patronage is important to them. More importantly, every dollar spent at a local business ends up within the community, so come on out and support your local hobby shop!

Staff was polite, professional artist very well at interacting and being social, which was cool. That we need the patience for someone who may not be the most typical customer and or pursuit who is interested in selling Pokémon cards definitely happy with my experience sharing the information that I gathered from women will definitely return
