I shop here way too often to be completely honest. The store is always wonderfully cleaned and smells just like a perfect fall! On today's outing that my husband doesn't know about, I went to get some random artwork that he has purchased over the past year framed. I worked with John in the framing department. He was phenomenal. He was very patient as I pulled item after item out of my big bag. He also had some great recommendations that helped me make good decisions. As I was strolling the isles to pick up items for a coworker's going away gift, I realized I hit the jackpot when it was 50% off scrapbooking this week. If that doesn't make you feel like a winner, when you're at hobby lobby when the thing you came to shop for is half off, I don't know what will. I went to the checkout line and today I got the friendly Amelia. She was very polite an easy-going. I had some extra forms to fill out and she took her time as to not rush through them. I was very appreciative of her thorough and detailed work. I'm sure I'll be finding myself strolling down the isles again very soon. Main 1 I set up my Christmas tree for the holiday and wanted to have a train to go around it for my wife kids to enjoy. I went ahead and went to Hobby Lobby with my wife. We went in and were together the entire time just browsing the store, I was on the phone with my phone the entire time that we were there at the location. I was on a back isle talking to my mom about a train when a random employee walked up to me and interrupted my conversation with my mom. She simply said all items are 50% off, nothing else was said and I brushed her off and ignored her because I was on the phone. Within 10 minutes of this, I had a man come to us and stalk us. I have my mom and wife as a witness to the way we had a man stalk us and follow us the entire time we were shopping. He kept watching and being awkward, following us all through the store. He was pretending to face items and just watched constantly. I did not stop talking to my mom at any point expect well after the man started to follow us, I got off the phone because I felt like I was in danger. He made me and my wife very uncomfortable even though he had a hobby lobby outfit on. My wife talked to 3 employees about joining our church but never talked to the man following us because she was too worried. I was a police officer years as well as a veteran for the air force 12 years. I do not appreciate the way he acted, it seemed like he assumed we would steal something at the time. I decided to file a complaint once we left. However, we went to the check out and 4 employees were all looking at us the entire time. I told them I was a former police officer and veteran and asked for the discounts, they denied having the discounts and the woman at the register was very hostile and tried to rush us. I then asked if they had a student discount because I was in school and they mentioned only a card from a church which I didn't understand for a discount. The man who followed us continued to stand behind us the entire time we checked out which was frightening. My fiancée was very scared, she didn't think buying a train for the kids would go so badly. We paid and left the store and the man followed us out, we called the police because it was so weird and they told us to file a complaint on the man. I proceeded to call and I asked for the manager on duty. She picked up, I told her I would like to file a complaint about stalking and harassing of me and my wife, she asked if I was the one who bought the train. I said I bought one yes, I asked her for her name because I record all conversations for record. She refused 5 times to give me her name when asked. She then said she should have called the police and I was a sex offender, claimed I was a sex predator and claimed I talked to some under age woman and slapped her butt. I did not even talk to a woman !!!, I was on the phone the entire time with my mom and was with my wife, my wife did ask a few if they had a church and invited them to ours. "I said ma'am I don't know what you mean I was on the phone and didn't talk to any employee besides the man stalking us. To see if he would leave us alone. I also said I was a police officer years and a 12-year veteran and wouldn't tolerate false accusations. I told her she needed to look at the video before believing what employees say. She dropped several F bombs and never said a name, likely wasn't the manager to begin with. I said I want a written and verbal apology from the woman, I have shopped at Hobby Lobby 25 years and have never had issues. I even worked there when I was young, I know the discounts they have, I also know they do not take employees under 18 so I do not get why she made up a lie like this. Some woman was invited to church by my wife and some how twisted into an accusation or a slap on the ass. She accused not my wife but me of this which the video camera wasn't looked at, they take their employees say as truth without evidence. I told her I would be suing unless I had a verbal in person apology by man who stalked and followed us, and verbal in person apology by the manger who accused me of doing something without looking at the video feed. I also Want my wife to be apologized to in person by both, I also said I wanted to have my items refunded and free at no cost due to the unprofessionalism of the employees based on a lie by someone I didn't even talk to once. I do not even know who accused me unless it was the one I brushed off that came to me and interrupted my call. I told her that I want the removal of the employee who lied about me. She however said I was a predator that smacked a kids ass and hung up on me. My wife invited 3 people church and has an idea of who it may have been that made the lies up. Hobby Lobby used to be about Christian values but now they clearly aren't. I couldn't even buy our kids a train to make their Christmas amazing. One of my all-time favorite stores! Today, I was totally disappointed! Slow checkout with three workers standing around doing nothing! The store is clean and stocked well but the lack of customer support needs to be addressed! There were 5 people waiting to be checked out with only one lane open. The check out employee was rude to the person in front of me! I was embarrassed for this mom. Hopefully this can be remedied by management! read more

I've shopped at this particular location several times since I moved here and have always had a good experience. The store is always clean and the shelves are never empty. The shelves are always packed with merchandise of all types. They have everything from crafting supplies and holiday/seasonal items to everything you could possibly want for decorating (especially country and Christian themed items... Lots of cowboy stuff and crosses. I also noticed that they have a wide variety of fake flowers and wedding items.) They have always had a lot of employees on hand. Never had any unfriendly help. Multiple registers are always open. Tip: if you download their app you can find a 40% off coupon and just show them your phone. Save yourself a bit of money. read more

I love Hobby Lobby! Just not this location. I've been here about 10 times and it's always disorganized and chaotic. Workers aren't very friendly (or at least the cashiers) I usually try to remind myself that maybe this particular worker is having a bad day and that's why they aren't super friendly, but every time I visit this location they aren't friendly. Also can we please get a cart return area in the parking lot?! I realize not every Hobby Lobby has one, but it's annoying when I have to walk back in the store with a two year old just to return my cart. read more

I love Hobby Lobby! I love the 40% off coupon. I love getting lost in the aisles upon aisles of amazing potential projects. I love imagining all of the great things that could transform my house and my life. Lol Today I went in for a special type of ribbon to make fabric flowers. I haven't been able to find them anywhere. Surely, this is the place. Alas...the people I asked to help me find it looked at me like I had 3 heads. And then looked at my very well behaved son, like he was about to run screaming through the place breaking things. I left frustrated and empty handed. I think I would prefer to drive all the way to Norman or OKC, rather than go back to this location. I've been in before and never had problems, but once is enough to put a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I enjoy shopping here and they always have what I need. Customer service is always pleasant.

This place has decent crafting supplies but everything is really outdated. I'd consider myself a modern, contemporary crafter and HL never has any up-to-date supplies. You're better off ordering from Etsy. The staff are never friendly and helpful. I usually spend 30 minutes looking for something on one of their many junky aisles. I checked out today behind 3 people while 4 employees stood at the front sneering at everyone. I won't come back for anything except glue and glitter. read more

I had an award-winning counted cross-stitch shadow box piece that was framed many years ago at Hobby Lobby. Inside the shadowbox were several vintage Masonic and Eastern Star jewelry pins. Upon the death of a family member I acquired several other pieces that I wanted inserted in the shadowbox. The job was difficult because all of the pins had to be straight... MINH did a wonderful job and was very patient with me. I highly recommend him. read more

I went in to the Moore location and bought mesh and they charged me reg price instead of the 50% off like the sign said. I go back in said you didn't give me the 50% off on my mesh and the lady said it wasn't 50% off. I told the lady it was the sign said and I went to look to make sure and it was on sale, then she calls floral department and told them they need to take the sign down didn't bother to apologize to me just sent me to another desk to get some of my money back!! I came in to make a purchase just before they closed and when I went to checkout I realized I left my wallet in my car or that I must have dropped it in the store. The cashier was kind and told me I could go look around the store but the manager was not very nice to me and spouted off "Where did you lose it?" Well if I KNEW where I lost it then it wouldn't be lost now would it? It was just frustrating and luckily it was in my car and I just decided to not go back and get the items. Decent selection but horrible customer service. Been in there three times since moving to Oklahoma and probably never going back. Always feel not welcomed when I'm coming in and when I ask for help to find something the employees have an attitude. Whatever you do, don't get anything framed here. They ordered my frame multiple times and still couldn't get it right. So instead of fixing it, they decided to cut into my art print and force it to fit into a frame that was the wrong size. Now I'm stuck with a $75 print that is worthless. read more

They hired a new frame shop manager sometime this year and their framing department has drastically improved!! I stopped coming here for framing about a year ago but decided to give them a try again just out of convenience and I'm glad I did. They did a great job on a small project and I came back for another larger project and they surpassed my expectations! So happy with this shop. Keep up the good work! read more
