I ended up dragging a tall ladder/scaffolding thingy and climbing up myself. Thankfully not less than 3 CUSTOMERS offered to help me get my mirrors. And they did; thanks to all of those wonderful folks. It makes my heart happy to find so many kind strangers. The staff at this place gets a 0 for service but the customers get a 10! There is a huge selection of home goods and I plan to return for rugs and decor, but I'm steering clear of the staff. Also, prices have gone up considerably since my last visit 2 years ago but I guess that's expected in 2025.

The check out process is good (although can take a while depending how busy they are) because they have self check out and 1 register with an employee (plus someone else to do balloons). I feel like a lot of items have a good value, while others are over priced. Same can be said for many different stores. My kids love coming here and just cruising around looking for crafts or random things, specially when they want to "'make/build" something for a friend's present.
