I loved that Kamilla did such a thorough job cleaning my bathroom and kitchen area that I specifically asked her to concentrate on. Had to provide her with my own mop and vacuum and actually glad I did. Because I'd rather have them use my own supplies rather than the one that was used in other places also. Another thing to mention is their rates. Compared to other cleaning services that I spoke to on the phone, Cleaning Master was pretty affordable. Glad I found them especially because it was my first time using cleaning services and still doubting if it's worth it. Thanks a lot from a happy customer! Definitely recommend and will use them again in future.

Good stuff: The women arrived punctually - were organized, active and careful - used my own vacuum cleaner. Bad stuff: It was booked for 3 hours but they were ready to leave in under 2.5 hours - their own products were for a light clean but not for robust heavy cleaning - my bathtub was not scrubbed, just wiped down - they used a Swiffer for floor cleaning - I found places that were not dusted at all. So, average for maintenance cleaning but not great for deep dive cleaning.

After a few horror stories with other companies, I was extremely skeptical and thoroughly vetted my options. Cleaning Exec, though not many reviews on Yelp, seemed to have consistently very happy customers. And now I am one of them! I am disabled from an accident, and needed a deep clean. I also explained that am also extraordinarily allergic and sensitive to some sense and chemicals and require hypoallergenic products to be used in my home, and that anything that's chemical smelling needed to be avoided. He assured me that that would be the case, although it didn't turn out that way. I got the name from a Facebook group from the neighborhood, thinking I could trust that. Realizing now that it's a lot of nepotism that goes on in the group, so be it. I explained my situation to the owners son, he gave me a quote, which was much higher than the last deep clean that I had but I said I wanted to support community business. That was my bad. In addition to it being an expensive quote, he explained to me that in order for it to be done in a short period of time, so that I would not be displaced from my home for an extraordinarily long period of time, he would place three of his workers in My Home for two hours, which would equal six hours of work time in total. ?That's how we calculated the expensive cost. To include the windows, that would be the third person and that would be just to do five really small brownstone windows, which, I told him, when I used to do my own windows it didn't take an hour to do. Anyway , he also explained to me that if I didn't cancel within 48 hours that I would lose my full deposit. I explain to him that as a disabled person that anything could happen to me, and lo and behold, I had a gripping migraine the day of the service. So I had no other choice, but to sit out in the hallway with my migraine medication's and fingers crossed that I wouldn't end up on the floor. I waited patiently for the crew to get here and finish. I was sick as a dog, but I was then told to walk through the apartment before they clocked out; I could barely move at that point, but I walked through, and within the two minutes that I was with them the windows seem shiny because it was a bright day and that was about all I could take in and two minutes, the crew left and clocked out with the owner and said "the owner is going to call you in about five minutes. please pick up the phone so she can get your feedback". Cynthie called me, and it was right about the time that I did my own little walk-through without all the people around me and I started to notice things weren't quite right. I also noticed that the smell that was emanating into my lobby, where I was sitting, having a migraine, was actually coming from apartment, very strong smell, was making me sick to my stomach, etc. worsening my migraine. ( I had to sleep with a mask on that night and threw the next day, horrible! )I got on the phone and I told Cynthia that I was identifying things that were not quite right, and that I had started taking pictures and videos, but to be quite honest, I was not in any shape to have a long discussion with her, we said we would speak the next day. That was my understanding, I agreed if I was feeling well enough. I then spent the next 24 hours sick, but looking at things closely and seeing as you can see from my photos and many many more photos, and videos of things that were not done it was like I was still in a mound of dust and dirt. I will say that they did my floorboards, I'll give them that. But visible furniture pieces with , dust on them were not attended to, it was completely bizarre-dirt/grit on the floor right in front of the refrigerator where one of the workers had sat was still there -I was just flabbergasted. to take photos and videos and email them, Cynthia said we were supposed to talk on Monday, but that was not my recall, I was advised to continue to create a written documentation of our correspondence, and not just leave it to a phone, call, and, in my very first email/with video and pictures I asked for a discount, that was my first request but as the days went on over the weekend, I realize just how messed up this job was I realize that I wanted either a refund or a discounted Refund. after about 30 photos/videos, I heard from the son again via email saying that he could send somebody only within the next seven days since I had "missed my opportunity to have a cleaner come within the guaranteed 24 hours", but if I did not agree, I would lose my ability to get a cleaner, and that I would still be charged the full amount. End of story. I'm like"watt, WHAT? What a bunch of scammers! I've never dealt with a business like this, and so much for wanting t entrust my business to a neighborhood company who is struggling from recovery post Covid. Now I see the ratings on yelp are bad, and I did wonder why in the Facebook group they said they were struggling so much, perhaps it is because they are not so great after all!

Lots of miscellaneous things, including multiple mattresses, heavy wooden tables, couches, etc. I needed a professional and affordable company that could show up the next day. This wasn't my home, this was an asset that I manage for work. It was imperative for me to get this done right because I had people to answer to. Not all of the furniture fit thru the doors, so these guys had to take a lot of it apart. They worked quickly, were super friendly, and the price was truly a deal!!! I was impressed with how careful they were removing things. It is so easy to mess up floors, walls, etc if things are removed carelessly. By the time they were done, their entire truck was jam packed (see pic). These guys treat the project as if their working in their own homes, which is why I hired them a second time to come clean out my apartment in Brooklyn as I was moving. I needed a heavy bed frame thrown out, a 2 piece couch, 2 glass patio tables, 2 dressers, a small table, along with miscellaneous trash in a few garbage bags. Trust me, it is easier to hire someone to do this instead of trying to coordinate throwing all of this out via street trash. Hauling it down is hard, breaking it up is even worse, but making sure santitation takes everything and avoiding tickets is close to impossible. Use these guys, you will not regret it!

My clean out required coordination between 2 homes and a fumigation of one. The team of 3 emptied (including removing wall to wall carpet), cleaned and sanitized a 2 bedroom apartment, and moved clean furniture from another home (45 minutes away) into the now freshened home. They were extremely polite, respectful and hardworking. When they saw me with new linens and small items in my car they came immediately to my aid and carried them into the home. The work was done in less than 5 hours, something I couldn't have imagined, all at a very reasonable price. The team swept up as they went along, ensuring the apartment hallways and entrance were as clean as when they arrived. I have no hesitation recommending PJs Cleanouts to family and friends.
