They gave emergency appointments late in the day, granted you may not see the doctor you normally see. But you'll get seen the same day, without the extra expense and stress of going to an urgent care center. I used Doctor Budi who was an excellent doctor to work with. She was kind and courteous whilst showing genuine concern for my health. She did always have cold hands, but with cold hands comes a warm heart. I may have been one of her few male patients, for I hear that she mostly works with children. I'm a child at heart so I was happy.

Well, he never filled out the paperwork for the tests and after 6 or 7 calls to the office, he got absolutely no help. He actually went into the office at one point to see why his referrals weren't being done. No help at all. He kept his appointment that was scheduled for 3 weeks later and when he went in my husband told him that he didn't get any of the tests done because he never filled out the paperwork, Dr. Caruso just said..."well you must have slipped through the cracks. He ordered the tests again and 3 weeks later nothing has been done. I would never recommend Dr. Caruso to anyone. He appears to be a very friendly, caring doctor but he couldn't bother to do his part so my husband could get his tests done. We are moving on.

They have known for weeks that she was having surgery and have yet to send over to the surgeon her release papers. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, June 8th. The offices have been closed since Thursday. She went to see them on Wednesday and was promised after several weeks of "yes, we are sending it over" to "yes we will send it today, Wednesday, June 3rd. Well, we called the surgeon today to verify that they got the release forms and nothing. Not only has this caused undue angst to my friend, but the surgery will also have to be postponed and just imagine the surgeon and his staff - the cost of their valuable time. I am planning on suing them. No excuse. This behavior is unacceptable.

The staff at his office have been wonderful. Post surgery I had to stay at the hospital for 4 days while the pain and vitals were managed as well as the supplies I needed (have to have a vac on my back) arrived and post-surgical care (have to have my dressing changed 3x weekly) was set up. While at the hospital the nurses, CNAs, techs, dietitian, and staff were incredibly great!! They definitely took care of me and treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Hospital visits and stays are never fun and no one likes to be there so how you're treated during a vulnerable and unpleasant time makes a huge difference!! Everyone was very thoughtful, didn't experience any disrespect nor rudeness. Yes, there are different cultures and personalities, but I was very happy with how they took care of me during this painful and uncomfortable time. Thank you all!!

I want to start with the discharge nurse, who took the time to look up my imaging report, explain…read moreit clearly, and calm my fears. She was the bright spot of my visit. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience fell far below the standard of care. I arrived at 7:30 PM with chest pain and severe neck and shoulder pain, and because of my history, I was being evaluated for a possible blood clot in my lungs. I was not discharged until 2:45 AM, and I spent most of those seven-plus hours in extreme pain. The standard for chest pain is an EKG within 10 minutes of arrival. I waited close to two hours. I did not see a PA until about four hours into my visit. Pain medication was ordered around 11:30 PM, but it helped only a little, and my PA did not follow up with me until a nurse had already wheeled me to the discharge area. When I told her I was still in pain, IV medication was ordered, and I finally received effective relief around 2:30 AM, minutes before being sent home. I should have been reassessed during that seven-hour wait so my pain could be properly treated while I was still under your care. I was also given an inaccurate description of my imaging results. I'll keep the details private, but it caused real fear until the discharge nurse corrected it. Patients with chest pain cannot wait hours for basic testing, reassessment, and effective treatment. Triage and provider staffing need urgent attention. Many people in this community cannot drive an hour or more to another hospital, and they deserve timely, accurate care right here.
