I have been a patient here for over 15 years. Been through many…read morechanges as healthcare in general has changed so much in that time. Dr Ditto is my current Dr., but many times I am seen by a P.A. or nurse. I have no complaints about my care. They are friendly, thorough, and appointment times are on time 90% of the time. And if delayed, its only minutes. Yes, they are busy, but thats to be expected. Never have to wait long for an appointment, and they seem to prioritize more urgent matters.

I have been going to the providers at this practice for 5 years. I was just informed that they…read morewould have to discharge me due to missing 3 appointments within a year period despite me cancelling 2 of those appointments well within the required 24 hours. I spent 2 weeks being transferred to various people at that office before finally being told that despite me following their cancellation policy to a T the discharge still stands. This is utterly ridiculous. The provider I was seeing, Christine Feathers is a terrible excuse for an NP. Not only does she not listen to anything I say as a patient, she flat out refused to refer me to an endocrinologist despite me requesting a referral, citing she felt like she could manage my diabetes in house, only to refuse to prescribe anything other than Metformin despite me having significant side effects for 2 months while taking it.

I never know if I'm going to be treated kindly or as if I'm a nuisance and it depends on the moods of whoever is up there and not on my behavior. The last few times, I saw Lauren. The first time she was going to send me out without an antibiotic and Dr. Money consulted and said I absolutely needed the antibiotic. The second time, I didn't feel heard at all. The third time I went in with a serious concern and was sent for labs. I had to call to follow up and spoke with a nurse who gave me the lab results, but it was only letters and numbers. I had NO idea what any of it meant. I asked her what I was supposed to do and she said Lauren said to take an iron pill and call a gynecologist. When I asked for a recommendation, I was given the one place I told them I could not go due to a sad experience there. I cried so much, but knew I might have luck with the specialist. I ended up in the ER when I called the gynecologist's office, explained my symptoms, and was told by them to get to the ER immediately. The doctor on call from that practice got personally involved when he found out how I was treated and was a miracle worker as I am now doing so well. I could have avoided all of this and many of the doctors and nurses who work in the gynecologist's office were shocked to hear how I was treated. I've heard very good things about Christine and Dr. Money, but again... I'm not really experienced with them. I am scared to go back there as I'm worried they are going to put me with Lauren again and that something will be missed.

She did not examine me, she simply gave me a script for the Cspine MRI and sent me packing. You couldn't have sent that in and I could've had it done before my visit? Also, completely wrong diagnosis, she was looking at the cspine bc that's all she knows and it has now been proven by other doctors that the pain is indeed from the shoulder and radiating into the neck. Wow, talk about cold-hearted... I live in WV and made an…read moreappointment with her secretary. I heard she was a good doctor. I told the secretary on the phone that I was uninsured, and she said that was not a problem at all, that I would be self-paying. She charges a whopping $300 for an initial exam. Oh well. I've been in pain and waited a week for the appt. I drove 80 miles to see her, and paid the secretary the $300 dollars at the desk with my credit card. Sitting in the exam room, Dr. Julie Hoang entered the room and told me, "I'm so sorry, I don't treat uninsured people." This just after I paid them $300 to examine me. Can you believe that? She basically booted me out..."I'm so sorry". I mean, who cares if your dying in pain...please leave now. Doctors nowadays are all about money. It's no longer about helping those in need. The Hippocratic Oath has been tossed to the curb. It's about profit and big bucks...treating people in need comes last. Upon check-out, I told the secretary, "Why did you tell me she would treat me as a self pay on the phone, and I get here and now you tell me NO?" She didn't have an answer. To top it off, none of the women working the office knew how to refund my credit card. After waiting forever for these bumbling incompetents (and they were stupid, trust me) trying to figure out how to reimburse me, I finally left and told them I'd call my credit card company myself. Bottom line: Stay away from Dr. Julie Hoang if you have no insurance...even if you have lots of money. She won't help you at all...it doesn't get any more cold-hearted than that. This place while they talk the talk and seem to know what they are talking about. Has become a…read moredisappointment. My friend has been going there for a bit. They have known for weeks that she was having surgery and have yet to send over to the surgeon her release papers. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, June 8th. The offices have been closed since Thursday. She went to see them on Wednesday and was promised after several weeks of "yes, we are sending it over" to "yes we will send it today, Wednesday, June 3rd. Well, we called the surgeon today to verify that they got the release forms and nothing. Not only has this caused undue angst to my friend, but the surgery will also have to be postponed and just imagine the surgeon and his staff - the cost of their valuable time. I am planning on suing them. No excuse. This behavior is unacceptable.

They offer a variety of services, including sick visits, physicals, weight management, mental health support, and more. I even bring my teen here, and she loves it just as much as I do. The facility is impeccably clean, with a warm and inviting ambiance. I personally see Christine Kent , but all providers offer great bedside manner and thoroughness.

Good doctor!…read more Gentle with my son, calm, attentive listener. Thoughtful and patient. Open minded and progressive; fairly holistic in orientation. Reception is friendly and flexible with scheduling. I like that this is a cozy feeling, family oriented practice. It doesn't give off the impersonal, industrial, high gloss vibe that larger practices tend to offer.
