I'm assuming he must be the owner. He was able to handle a busy location all by himself and was very friendly and humorous. I got all my copies and shipping done for a very reasonable price in a fast and timely manner. They also do banners, invitations, and FedEx all in one place. I will definitely continue to be a patron here at Express Graphics. They get high ratings for great prices and quality services.

I was very disappointed with the way they serve customers. delivery is too slow and no responsibility. they deny their responsibility when my package was damaged by late delivery (it took 19 days instead under 10-14 days as they promised), they told me many reasons and finally they blamed on me that I forgot when they warned me about the risk but actually they did not. they were very sweet to talk to me and make me believe that they take good care of my package by many promises then keep silent. Neha Layal was trying to do everything but the Amazon drop off she was training Jagdish for Amazon return and she was handling everything else there was probably about six people in line when I got in line and people were steadily coming in to drop off Amazon returns there was only two people working. I think they did an excellent job everybody in there seemed to be understanding, I didn't hear anybody complain. I prefer this location cause they are very helpful. I've never had a problem with staff they always been professional and courteous and have always help me.
