The staff here is friendly. Helpful & Patient. I feel a lot of these stores are dated and the staff deserves a better working environment. People visiting these stores quite a bit these days they should be updated and a more modern experience but I suppose no cares. Just a thought. read more

She gets very defensive when you ask questions, doesn't really explain anything, and expects you to understand the way UPS does things. I write this on my second day of trying to return to Amazon a watch that wouldn't hold a charge. The return was finally completed because LeAnn, the professional at this UPS store, not only stayed with me despite the line of customers, but she talked assertively to the customer service agent who kept trying to send me the same return form that would not work. When we persisted in letting him know the form was in error, the Amazon representative then said I would be given an Amazon gift card even though I'd specifically stated I wanted the amount due to be refunded to my credit card. This ordeal began yesterday afternoon at the Freeport Blvd. UPS store. When the return could not be completed, I contacted Amazon and was sent another form, which did not function. I returned home and talked to Amazon customer service and was sent yet another return slip to print. When I returned to UPS this morning, this form also did not function. After half an hour with Amazon customer service, much of it on hold, a passable form was finally sent, but not before the agent said I'd be given an Amazon gift card rather than a refund to my credit card as I had requested. LeAnn caught this and insisted that the amount be refunded to my credit card. When this was finally agreed to, she printed the return form, and my watch is now in the return bin. This probably concludes my business with Amazon. I will be watching for confirmation that my credit card has been refunded for the amount spent on the watch. When my membership with Amazon ends next January, I will not renew. Until then, I'll continue watching Prime movies which are covered by this account. Five stars for this UPS store and for LeAnn. Sent a package to LA from this store. My recipient never got the package. My recipients Ring caught the truck on her street but never dropped the package. I have called 3 times and sent messages, the owner, I'm told, is just in randomly. Good luck trying to get the UPS insurance claim. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. read more

The employee I was dealing with refused services because there wasn't another tracking slip for the boxes I had. I also requested to use the printing service for the tracking slip but was also refused service. The boxes came together in one order but you can just print two of the same label for the both of them but the employee refused those services. It seems like the employee does not want to cooperate with me at all and not help me because I have a big package. I find it discriminating because my package looked big. The employee was a female, short black hair and encountered me at 11:47 AM at March 29, 2024. I will refuse to come there unless I have no choice at all. 1/5 read more

Very bad customer service. Attempted to return a package but UPS bar-code not working. Staff was indifferent- the UPS store apparently is not UPS and as such this is the customers (me) problem. Vendor that is going to receive the package tries to help and their mailing department emails a label (PDF) while I'm at the UPS store. Even though UPS sent the broken bar-code, UPS store staff charged me a "convenience" fee of $2.50 for me to forward the PDF plus an additional $0.18 to print the label. I have recommended the vendor use a different carrier in the future. read more

The staff here is very helpful and very patient! I needed to have something notarized for my father and Ali went above and beyond assisting him. He patiently worked with my dad to have things printed, notarized and scanned. Taking the time to do all of this while it is the busy time of the day is great customer service and I greatly appreciate his assistance and thoroughness! read more

I visit this UPS store often, not only for the occasional shipping, but for Amazon returns as well. I have always received exceptional service, and that was the case today. I am so appreciative of the female staff member, whose name I neglected to get, who graciously helped me with the repackaging of a uniquely shaped Nerf blaster. The toy arrived damaged, and I couldn't figure out exactly how to get it back in its original box with the various accessories. I'm so grateful that she was willing to help with this and to get it packaged so it could be returned. I would recommend not using this UPS. I mailed something thinking it was suppose to be delivered on the same day but it was a over night, which was my misunderstanding. The UPS receipt recommended that I track the package which said it would be delivered next day at 7am, so I asked the recipient to wait around but the package was not delivered until 10am. Ali the manager was extremely rude and confrontational about what happened when I went in to ask why it didn't get delivered by 7am. I noticed in the past that he is quite rude to me so I shouldn't be surprised that he reacted this way. He gives extra effort to customers that he likes, I guess he is selective and doesn't think I'm worth his business. There are ways to talk, greed and explain your business to your customers, and this UPS location are the worst. read more

My wife just returned from this UPS Store. A few days back we had to return a router to AT&T. During the initial drop-off they handed her the incorrect receipt and told her to write AT&T on it. She realized the error today and that we had the wrong tracking number for the router. She returned to the store to try to find a solution, and was met with incredible rudeness. She was told, this was a drop off and we don't have time to look through anything "It's not our job". They have some other tracking numbers from around the time she initially came in, but refused to share those, or research them in any way. Now we have to hope the router arrives at AT&T or we owe $150. Even if we owned some of the error (which we don't believe in this case), the attitude was down right rude and ridiculous. They should be ashamed of how they treated her. Regardless of the deal they have with AT&T, the service and attitude was so poor, it makes me believe the 5 stars on their page are just friends and family. read more

I have been picking up my packages up from this store for 4 years. All of the individuals that have helped me, asked for my ID, which I produce, they give me my packages, I sign and leave. Their service has been exceptional!! However, there have been two occasions where I have picked up packages, and the experience has been ridiculous, from the same person, and yesterday was one of those occasions. I don't know her name, nor do I care to know. She has a bad hairdo and braces. On both occasions, she has asked me for tracking information before giving me my packages, and she is the only one that has asked me for the information in the 4 years that I have picked my packages up from this location. I picked up a package on 8/31, with no problem and without being asked for tracking information. Shout out to the employees providing the exceptional customer service! I will risk my packages being stolen than to deal with her crap. read more

Full disclosure, I should have known better* I do take some accountability however, I tend to respect the integrity of branded businesses such as UPS. Last week came in around 5pm, came to realize my package return from Sephora was USPS not UPS. The gentleman pointed out my label. My mistake. However, he offered for me to leave my package for the mailman to pick up next day. There was a pile of packages on the side of the counter - also to USPS. Seemed like it's a common mistake. Me being a trusting individual, agreed to drop my package with the rest. 8 days later & my package wasn't even scanned as received by USPS. So, it's like I'm taking an L on my package return. Bottom line, don't trust this business with any other labels other than UPS and make sure you watch them scan it. read more

I have been going to this UPS location for many, many years. Today I received treatment that was so disrespectful and rude I dread returning. There was a disagreement about packaging instructions, and in front of everyone, and trying to draw others in, the employee insisted he was right. I even jokingly said commented that he has never heard the saying about the customer being right, and he said: "if you're wrong, you're wrong". To get this misery over with, I told him he was right and please just finish the transaction. But he wouldn't let it go and kept making a scene. It was, to say the least, nuts. I've been coming to this store for a couple of years now, and have always been really happy with the customer service. They're friendly, patient, and helpful with whatever service I need that particular day. However, on Saturday, 9/17 I went in to return 5 items I had purchased on Amazon. I had each item in a different bag, with labels printed out and clearly marked to show which bag it went with. The staff member informed me that I couldn't return so many at once because I blame the store if things got mixed up. I've made multiple returns at once many many times, and was confused. He ended up giving me the plastic sleeves the labels were placed in to do it myself but without any instructions nor help. Another woman came in for 30 seconds, after which he went to the back of the store to get on his cell phone. Keep in mind, the store was COMPLETELY EMPTY. There is no line, no one else getting their packages ready, nothing. Admittedly frustrated, I asked if he could show me how to place the sleeves on the bag or if he was too busy on his phone? He then told me I was welcome to leave his store. Seriously? So Bobby (name given when I asked for it) was not only extremely rude, but lazy, and completely unhelpful with even the basic tasks I required for a service I'd done there several times over the last 2 years. read more

This is the second time I've tried to print at this location unsuccessfully. I brought my USB drive to print two pages. The self service copier kept saying there was a network connection issue so I took it to the front desk. They said it was a problem with USB drive but I knew it wasn't because I use it all the time. They wanted me to pay $2 to access a computer to use my USB drive and then pay for printing on top of that. I went down the street to FedEx and had no problems printing and the cost per page was WAY cheaper. Save yourself the time and effort. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I use this store for Amazon returns. Recently I had two pairs of pants I was returning. First they made me buy a box, which never happened with Amazon return before. Then I asked them to double check that I have two items in two different colors. A month after the return, Amazon contacted me saying that they never received one of the pants and that I am being charged. I've never had this problem with Amazon return before so I have to assume that it's the employees at this store or the management. I am very disappointed. read more

Arshima is a dumb ass who really told me the tape and staples ON THE SALES FLOOR, NEXT TO FAXING PAPERS, is for staff and NOT customers and "this time we'll take you package(which I taped the SHIPPING LABEL TO, didn't even tape the box as I had already done that at home) because that tape and all that stuff is for the workers" Look, I've been dropping my packages at the UPS since I moved to the area in October, this is the first time I ever heard that lame ass bs. So I told her "it can be very confusing cause normally at any of my jobs that have stations, if the tape and utensils are for staff it would face us and not be out in the open for everyone" and she got a little flustered and said "I know but it's for us"... go choke! read more

This is the closest UPS to me and I've gone in several times for Amazon returns. All the times I've gone it, the person helping me has been very friendly and/or approachable. During my last visit, close to closing time, I walked in with 6 amazon returns. I included the package/box for each return even though most amazon returns don't require it. But I did it anyway just in case that one order needed a packaging. It's happened before. I had to take the item back home with me and bring it back with a bag/box for it. Anyway, the guy helping me was super friendly and not grouchy from dealing with customers all day. He was patient with me as I figured which order was with which return code. And as a courtesy of UPS, they actually tape up your packages for return! read more

This UPS Store has morphed into my favorite mail/fax/copy/packaging business in the area. Sure, it is a standard UPS Store with the same services as others, but the reason I come here is for the awesome customer service. When I first started coming to this location, there was a sullen woman at the counter who was borderline rude. I was unsure if I would spend money here again, but she was replaced by a few amazing individuals that make this store the best around! I always get a, "Hello how are you?" even when they are slammed. They sometimes have my packages ready as I enter, and are ALWAYS cheerful and helpful. Any questions I have are met with a smile and an answer, and are quick to find out if they do not know immediately. As another reviewer wrote, you can literally throw your UPS package on the counter, they print you a receipt, and boom, out the door. Kudos to Monique and her colleagues for making the customer experience fabulous! The building is clean and well-kept, and they are next to a nail salon, ice cream and the infamous Oscars. Fantastic customer service! It was about 5:50 p.m. when I arrived to UPS and didn't realize that the store was about to close. The person working helped me to find and box and provided me with tape. She was really kind and helpful. I had no problem at all. The parking lot is a tab bit small but I'm sure UPS did not make that decision. Overall, I had a great experience! It took a total of 10 minutes to to box, tape and ship. read more

Went here to get a violin case packaged up to return. It was a high quality item and I needed professional hands to make sure it would be secure and undamaged in it's travel to the other side of the globe. Unfortunately the box it would need is an unconventional size. Luckily Ali knew what to do and came up with the creative idea to take two boxes to fit it securely. Had to come here to write a review on this UPS store because I love their customer service that much! I have been to other UPS stores, and for some reason, the employees are always grumpy or I'll get nickel & dimed for EVERY LITTLE THING! I had one UPS store actually try to charge me $2 for a piece of tape to tape my box shut. Anyway, I just wanted to compliment the staff here. I've come in with tote bags full of Amazon returns, and each time, the employees are so friendly and willing to take their time with me. The employees are also very knowledgeable and will do what they can to save me money (for instance, they'll use the least amount of packaging materials necessary for my shipment or they'll intentionally use leftover boxes if they're available instead of charging me for a brand new box). Today, I had a few returns and I was pleasantly greeted and assisted by, Arisma. She was the absolute sweetest! We even took a moment to chat since she wasn't busy. But, I just really appreciate the time she spent helping me (I didn't feel rushed or like an inconvenience). Her sister has helped me here before, many times, though I can't remember her name. But anyway, I hope the manager of this UPS store recognizes these two women in some way because they definitely deserve it. It's their lovely attitudes that will always make me a return customer at this specific UPS store! read more
