Terrible! Had to relocate from San Francisco to Pittsburgh for a job and was looking for a home near Robinson mall. Found a dream home cheap! Gave my loan officer my documents and he was fired for selling customer SSN and birth dates of his good credit customers! Then loan officer #2 assigned to me told me to stop calling him and he's let me know what's going on. Never heard a thing! Then I ended up losing $42,000 earnest deposit! I contacted the company owner and he pretty much told me to have my husband call him! I'm in a lawsuit now and I'd better get my money. ****Update**** My sister's best friend from high school went to work as a professor there in 2024 and after 6 weeks was told the company was having trouble paying employee wages. She is owed 2 weeks pay to this day!! I'm pleading with everyone to not use them. read more

My interaction with this company was nothing short of disgusting. The "senior" loan advisor, Chris bridge. Lied to me and my wife through the entire process. When we called him out on it he blamed his boss Stanley Brusosk. Chris lied about talking to the so called investors when only Stanley talks to them. Chris Bridge and his team stole me and my wife's wedding from us. Forcing us to get married while everything we own was in boxes a led up bc he told us the investors were ok with us being unmarried. The Monday before we closed Chris finally came clean and said we had to get married or we can't have the house. I then asked to speak to Stanley who is the supervisor. Stanley again brushed us off and refuses to take accountability for his teams actions and told us to just go away. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. Liars and thieves, all of them . While I ultimately decided to go with another lender, I spoke a lot with Jonathan Freed at Holland Mortgage at first about trying to get a 203(k) rehab loan, as well as conventional loans. Jonathan was responsive, knowledgable, cautious where warranted, wasn't over-promising, and had pretty competitive rates. In addition, numerous co-workers have gotten loans through him, and he's come highly recommended by many. I'd definitely suggest talking to him and getting a quote for a mortgage. read more

We are Sellers who were provided with an APPROVAL Letter from this firm, signed by Cathy Ferguson, "Sr. Mortgage Advisor". Check their website - we are well aware of the difference between a pre-qualification and a pre-APPROVAL. After going down the road of inspections, appraisals, and moving out of our home, this disreputable Company pulled their approval one week prior to the scheduled settlement date with no explanation whatsoever!!!
