So first I was very excited that the dress I was interested in was available in plus sizes - i used the sizing chart and because I was inbetween I sized up deciding if I needed to I would get it altered. if I didn't like it I could send it back because they have a solid return policy. I ordered the dress on a Thursday morning, paid for standard shipping and assumed it would arrive sometime next week since I live in Alberta. Imagine my shock when it arrived the NEXT DAY. Opened it up and everything was beautifully wrapped in ribbon with a beautiful note to boot. The dress is gorgeous - it will definitely need some hemming but I could not be more thrilled. I 100% will be buying from here again.

I asked if I could get a new one as she rolled her eyes and walked away to get a brand new one. again the prices are good, just don't have high expectation for customer service.

Now, I'm giving this company a 4 out of 5 stars because I've spoken to the Manager of the boutique and I'm quite satisfied with our discussion. I will place an order with them in the future and once I've done that I will further update this post to reflect my experience. ********************************************************************************** I really wanted to like this company. Their dresses look beautiful and I was truly very excited to get my new dress in the mail. I've read that they come in these beautiful boxes and that their clothes are really quite nice. So I don't comment on their clothes, because I didn't get mine. But I can comment on their costumer service. I had purchased a dress on Sunday (Easter Sunday) and by Tuesday I was sent a text message that my purchase had shipped (whoohoo!). On Wednesday I thought I'd check to see how far along it had come but the Canada Post # was incorrect (I put it into the Canada Post tracking field and it said that the # was wrong). So I spoke with Melanie about it and she said that they actually didn't have my dress anymore and that they had made a mistake. I was super disappointed because: A) They charged my credit card B) They sent me a faulty Canada Post tracking number C) And I had to contact them three days after my order to get this information (They say the dress will take 1-5 business days to get to your address). When I asked for a discount code on a future purchase (because I was still interested in trying the company out) they said no. I was a little confused because this was truly their mistake and as a new costumer, I thought they would be more sympathetic. Anyways, I've uploaded the entire conversation thread to this review. You can read it for yourself. Oh and at the end of the conversation, a new rep comes into the conversation, Miriam. She says that there is nothing we can do and actually they require 1-3 days to box the item and then it gets shipped out. Which doesn't make any sense because why was I sent a shipping # at all then? Instead, I was sent a shipping number and as a result, I assumed (like most people would) that their order was on its way. Unsatisfied costumer.

Great variety, reasonable prices--an average of $50 for new dresses, less for sales--and the saleswoman offered me sincere advice about what works for my body type. I purchased some classic organic cotton dresses, organic bamboo tops that were more "boho chic" and a few mini-skirts. My saleswoman is a green thumb, and told me that bamboo contributes towards cutting green house gases in the atmosphere--bamboo grows quickly and densely--and also allows for more sustainable land use in developing countries. Right on.

I just bought a pair of white leather shoes from Tozzi, made in France. The gentleman that helped…read moreme was very attentive to me and the kind of shoes I was looking to buy. The shoes that DID manage to capture my attention, white Zespas, had a differing price point from another retailer that I knew to carry them. The price at Tozzi was somewhat higher (by 100$). I voiced this matter to the employee, and he said that if that was truly the case with the other retailer, that he would match that price easily. And true to his word, he did lower the price to match the other. I appreciated the act and was impressed by the customer service that he delivered. They truly do aim to please their clients. The ONLY concern that I had with my experience was the excess attention given to me. As a client, I like to breathe and think of my options, so I would have appreciated just a little more space from the employee. I don't particularly enjoy feeling obliged to buy, even though I truly wanted the shoes. Nevertheless, aside from this minute detail, great experience at Tozzi!
