Great variety, reasonable prices--an average of $50 for new dresses, less for sales--and the saleswoman offered me sincere advice about what works for my body type. I purchased some classic organic cotton dresses, organic bamboo tops that were more "boho chic" and a few mini-skirts. My saleswoman is a green thumb, and told me that bamboo contributes towards cutting green house gases in the atmosphere--bamboo grows quickly and densely--and also allows for more sustainable land use in developing countries. What absolutely beautiful clothing!…read more The pieces designed and produced right in the store are both classic and unique, well made and oh so totally Montreal - I am %100 saving up to buy a pretty summer dress/skirt from here. What I liked most about the dresses was not only their fit and fabric but I can just tell that they will be able to withstand the wear and tear that is inevitable for me when I spend all summer biking around Montreal. The space itself is cool and is host to a variety of events supporting local art and music. Big fan!

So first I was very excited that the dress I was interested in was available in plus sizes - i used the sizing chart and because I was inbetween I sized up deciding if I needed to I would get it altered. if I didn't like it I could send it back because they have a solid return policy. I ordered the dress on a Thursday morning, paid for standard shipping and assumed it would arrive sometime next week since I live in Alberta. Imagine my shock when it arrived the NEXT DAY. Opened it up and everything was beautifully wrapped in ribbon with a beautiful note to boot. The dress is gorgeous - it will definitely need some hemming but I could not be more thrilled. I 100% will be buying from here again.

I was ready to drop over 1000.00$ for my wedding dress & 5 brides maid dresses and they didn't seem to care. waiting almost 25 minutes to check out, and the cashier wanted to give me the sample dress without a garnet bag... the dress was worn multiple times and not so white anymore. I asked if I could get a new one as she rolled her eyes and walked away to get a brand new one. again the prices are good, just don't have high expectation for customer service.

It's a woman-owned, Montreal based brand that specializes in women's clothing and accessories. I've passed this shop on Greene quite a few times in the past, and my mother has often visited here with her friend over the past few years. Today was the first time I actually went inside and I was impressed by the pricing, as everything in the store was 60%! (It's not often I stumble upon a good sale like this!). I should note at the outset that this shop has only women's clothing and accessories (sorry, guys and kids!). Also, this shop doesn't have classic, traditional or basic clothing. Rather, everything here is trendy, funky, some borderline wacky (!), all fun, most unique, some "out there". Think purses made completely of faux fur with pom-pom zipper pulls, jackets covered with sequins in various colors and patterns, leather-like black jackets with tons of zippers, long and full red tuille skirts, groovy mini-dresses made of metal mesh and silver discs, and more, so much more. SO so fun and funky. Yet, yet.....in between all these wild fashions, there ARE some more ...."regular" fashion to be found. I saw a fabulous black pair of pants that were high-waisted with gold sailor buttons at the top and, wow, if I were younger and thinner, I'd get these in a heartbeat. They totally rocked, and were really well-made, too. They had a black swing top that I loved, and a silver belt with a retro/60's-esque modular belt buckle that was awesome. There was a rack at the back of more basic t-shirts and tops, tank tops to wear as base layers, and other foundation items (the clothes on this rack were the only items in the store that were not offered on their 60% off sale). They had lots of accessories that were cool (lots of big rings and hoop earrings, leather belts in various solid colors, hats, bling-ed out water bottles, and more). By the cash was a rack of scarves and most of these were amazing! Very graphic, some very colorful, all terrific! I found a few that I really loved and, being 60% off, what a steal! I got one for a friend's birthday that regularly cost $65 (and looked like it'd cost more, actually). I was thrilled with my find, and what a great deal. The lady working the cash was super nice and fun to talk to. This is such a fun and funky shop, and surprising to find, on posh Greene Avenue where usually the fashions in shops are more staid and traditional. Cool!

She purchased the *skirt* that can be worn multiple ways...it really can, and looks great. I ended up with a black tunic and long black and acid green skirt... even got a cool modern pendant. Beautiful drape and lines with a bit of Asian whimsey sets this designer apart from the others. They do have a website, but since we both needed to try several looks to find the most flattering I am not confident that would work for me, since they do not take returns. Love!
