This was confusing, as the condition shown in their photos does not reflect anything I personally observed or caused. Given that the item is made of silk -- a very delicate fabric -- my reasonable assumption is that any discoloration could have occurred during handling, storage, or packaging, including possible transfer from the cardboard materials used in shipping. I approached this situation respectfully and in good faith, but my refund request was denied, with responsibility placed entirely on me. I found this handling disappointing and lacking transparency, especially for a fragile item that was never worn. I'm sharing this feedback so others are aware and in the hope that SSENSE improves how it reviews and resolves return disputes involving delicate materials.

I stumble on a window, with the best jacket in the world. I enter. The jacket didn't fit, but the owner, Elise's warm personality and skilled eye did. She pushed me to try on things I would normally avoid. I walked out with a jacket, two seaters, some pants, a creative scarf that was unlike anything I'd seen, and even a pair of sunglasses whose accents complimented my nose piercings. I loved it so much I wore the outfit out of the store. Thanks to Elise, there were no more blahs. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

They carry ties, bowties, belts, watches, wallets, rings, bracelets, cufflinks, lapel pins, necklaces, underwear, and other accessories. Much of the store includes finely curated, quality brands that are often hard to find. But their crowning gem are their custom ties and bowties. They have flare, can be bold in modern, and yet are crafted from fine silks and cottons from all over the world. They'll even make something with fabric of your choosing--tailors for men's accessories! Genius. The staff was one of the tailors and super helpful and engaging. She goes on trade shows and tends to sell out everything when she goes. There are very few repeats and eat time is unique. We found this small fur store with a great selection, quality items and great prices and couldn't pass up treating ourselves . The owners were knowledgeable and very friendly and there was an immediate connection once my brother in law realized they were from Greece!
