They were friendly and fairly quick with service. I came in for quick tire nail puncture repair,…read morethey said yes. When I came in, they said they'd have to do tire changes due to its condition. Fine, I needed it anyways since I'm in a time crunch and about to do traveling so I needed to do it. However my main issue was the cost. I paid 658$ for all 4 tires. Upon research, these budget tires average in cost of 356$ for all 4 tires. That is approximately 84% more than its actual value! If it wasn't for time constraints and emergent resolution I would've gone somewhere else. I just wish they were more reasonable with cost and not take advantage of emergent needs. I attached the exact model of the tires for your reference. I understand business needed to make money, if they charged me 400-500$ I'd probably be okay with it. But this isn't cool. There's other reasonably priced tires around the area, unfortunately they were about to close at the time I needed it done.

I had two nails in my run-flat tires, and the dealer told me that even they couldn't repair them. I brought my car here, and they were able to fix both tires and rotate them for me. They saved me from having to unnecessarily replace two expensive run-flat tires and once again went above and beyond. But what really made this experience stand out was Al, the manager. I can't say enough good things about him. Al didn't just provide great customer service--he genuinely made me feel taken care of. He listened, explained everything, made sure the job was done right, and treated me like a valued customer rather than just another car coming through the shop. That kind of personal care and integrity means a lot to me, and it's one of the main reasons I trust this place. I've been here before, and experiences like this are why I'll continue coming back. Great work is important, but having someone like Al who you feel is genuinely looking out for you is priceless. Thank you, Al and team, for taking such good care of me. You've earned a loyal customer!
