I really enjoy coming to Valvolines. This is the third location I've been to, and I continue to be…read moreimpressed by how friendly, courteous, and professional the employees are. Anthony carries himself so well and I felt genuinely attended to while he did my oil change. He took an extra minute to put my glove box door on properly after another technician put it back wonky. Will hands down come back to this location. I didn't have to wait in a line at all. Check your Valpak mailers and their website for coupons!

BEWARE -- Serious concerns regarding transmission service and lack of accountability…read more I brought my vehicle to Valvoline for a "transmission fluid service," trusting that the service would be completed properly by trained professionals. Unfortunately, just four months later, my vehicle began having serious issues and was unable to shift into gear. I had to take it to a mechanic as an emergency repair, where I was informed that the transmission fluid service appeared to have either not been performed correctly or not been completed at all. During the inspection, my mechanic found that my vehicle holds approximately 8-9 liters of transmission fluid, but fewer than 4 liters were drained. The fluid that was removed was thick, black, and extremely dirty -- not what I would expect after a recent transmission fluid service. I was also advised that there was a possibility my transmission may have suffered damage due to the condition and level of the fluid. I filed a claim with Valvoline hoping they would investigate the situation and work with me toward a resolution. Unfortunately, I was told that everything was done correctly and that they would not take any further action. The manager, Carlos, stated that he reviewed the service and that the same fluid removed was the fluid that had been put back, explaining that discoloration can be normal due to residue. However, the condition of the fluid and the amount removed raised serious concerns that were not addressed. I also informed them that on the day of service, the team had me wait an extended period because they needed to call and confirm which transmission fluid was required for my vehicle. I have supporting documentation, including receipts, videos showing the condition of the fluid, and my mechanic's findings, but my concerns were dismissed. Valvoline was once a convenient and trusted option for me, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to acknowledge a customer's concerns or take responsibility when there is evidence supporting their claim is extremely frustrating. I hope Valvoline takes this feedback seriously, reviews their service procedures, and prioritizes proper training and customer care. Customers trust you with their vehicles -- that trust should be earned and protected.

Kenneth is a great Manager. Someone decided to slash my Tesla while I was at Mullberry Pizza (best…read morein LA). This was the closest shop and I was prepared mentally for an expensive half day experience. There were several customers waiting and everyone seemed agitated which is understandable. Kenneth immediately had the car in the service area and I was on my way in 45 minutes with a factory spec tire at a very fair market price. He clearly has a great team because I observed them work from the sidewalk. I have 30 years experience in operations management.

The employee, who identified himself as the manager was unapologetic & matter of fact. No empathy whatsoever. Said he could "possibly " have it started at 5pm, & possibly have it done by 6pm, but likely that it may be overnight and done the next day. I asked if there can be any compensation for the inconvenience, since this was an error on the company's behalf. He responded, as he sat behind the desk tapping away at the computer, that there could be none. He stated that he bore no responsibility, and claimed responsibility lay with corporate , in effect, their inefficiency. As if he the employee and the company were a separate entity. Absurd! I never received any cancellation email or notice. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Yet, my experience may not be your experience. Still, customer service goes a long way in my book.
