The whole team took great care of me as I was very upset about a previous diagnosis from my other eye doctor. They treated me like a queen. I will never forget how I felt there and when I got home, I just thanked G-d that I chose to go there. If you are in need of retinal care, please go to this office and see Dr. Woodward. I would give this team 10 stars if I could but they only ask for 5. The office is clean and attractive and the equipment updated many times over the years. But most importantly, Dr. Mann is an extremely knowledgeable, thorough and caring professional. Her examinations are never rushed and if I ever have the slightest problem or concern, she schedules me immediately. In addition, the office offers an extensive eyeglass frame selection. Even after moving to another state, I continue to travel at least once a year to see Dr. Mann and have her maintain my optical needs. She would make a sarcastic comment about you aloud as if you didn't catch on to what she was saying and so I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. To top it off when the glasses were ready instead of giving us the glasses case that always comes with the glasses, ie., (you choose Anne Klein or Eddie Bauer frames- the case comes with their logo on it) she gave us a plain black & brown generic case that you could get at a dollar store which I thought was really weird and I felt cheated.

She told me I needed to follow up with another eye doctor for a more thorough exam but never provided a referral. I was also told I need reading glasses, yet no prescription strength was given--leaving me with no clear guidance on next steps. I ordered a six-month supply of contacts that only lasted three months. When I came in to address this, the staff blamed me instead of investigating the issue, suggesting I use a "better" contact solution--even though I use Biotrue, which is one of the top solutions on the market. The contacts consistently dry out, and no one took responsibility or showed concern. To make matters worse, customer service was rude and dismissive. I asked if someone can help me find oversized glasses like pick them out for me and it was met with laziness. The rep told me I'd have to go thru the glasses myself. Really? What happened to the days of reps helping you pick out glasses like years ago. Overall, there was a clear lack of accountability, care, and professionalism throughout my experience. Two thumbs down. I would not recommend this practice.
