I left a google review but for my yelpers. Please run far far away from this establishment! I had a consultation to have chocolate brown highlights and was given the total opposite which was streaky red highlights that looked so frumpy. I had to find a different hair salon to try to redo this mess but unfortunately the red was hard to undo and had breakage. I had my hair cut and my gray colored.. Everyone, was welcoming.. Went from long to short & I love it going back.

Very clean very friendly very upfront. I had a vist for my wig to be styled and it was perfect.

Every time I go to Hi Tech, I am met with beautiful, welcoming faces. I have been coming to this salon since highschool--they have fixed my cosmetic mistakes many more times than I am willing to admit. Molly and Nicole have been the main stylists who have taken on the challenge of fixing my multicolored, chop cut, uneven end, mental breakdown box dyed hair. They have taught me such valuable information, they have recommended fantastic products, they are extremely personable, professional, and they have allowed me to have creative freedom with my look. As I have gotten older, I have found the style I love most with my hair, and I attribute all of the hair care tips to them. Molly has done more of my dying, including dying my hair rainbow colors for pride month a few years back. Nicole did my most recent cut, and I cannot stress how much it replicates the reference picture I showed her. I am so happy to be able to rely on the stylists at Hi Tech, who do exactly what I am imagining. It is so refreshing to be paired with stylists who are well versed with all hair textures, styles and volumes. I will remain loyal to this salon until I have no more hair. They also offer a wide range of beauty services like waxing, eyelashes (which is on the agenda for my next paycheck), hair conditioning treatments, and even men's cuts! I simply cannot give the lovely women who run this salon enough credit. They are so awesome. This is your best bet at an efficient, comfortable and well-priced salon. 10s across the board. read more

Laura was great! She knew exactly what I wanted and went for it. My hair was super long and she had to take off quite a bit to get the look I wanted. She made sure I was aware it would be a decent amount taken off my length and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with that before she started. Laura was very personable and hysterical with her stories. She had me cracking up!! She also was quick with my cut and style and it came out exactly the way I asked and wanted!!! Dori was so sweet as well while washing my hair. She was very friendly and welcoming for my first visit to the salon... I definitely recommend Hi-Tech and will be returning soon... read more

She messed up my hair and charged me for the mistake! She bleached the top and bottom, then I stayed to get it fixed. I still gave her a tip costing $400.00 for her mistake and I am still paying for it.​ read more

I've been going to HiTech Salon for over 10 years now and I wouldn't recommend any other salon.... HiTech is the best salon in town! You will leave feeling amazing with your best hair yet, I trust every single stylist in the salon. I couldn't wait to go back after COVID and booked my appointment right away. I went to Nicole, not because we have the same name lol, she gave me exactly what I wanted! I trusted her so much I let her basically do whatever she wanted. She was so sweet to me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The owner is a family friend of mine, which is why I kept coming back but I would've came back to HiTech regardless. Nothing kills a new customer faster than poor communication that leaves you feeling taken advantage of. My daughter went to this salon. We explained in detail what she wanted. We got a price quote & proceeded. Once finished, we were hit with a 60% increase & the explanation being about more product & more work ... $125 more? This just isn't kind and should not be the way to entice new customers. new customers. Comparably, Hair Dynasty quotes the work so you know what to expect. We left feeling fooled, and only moderately happy with results due to root blotchiness that we will have to pay to fox elsewhere. Good salons don't do this. This place did not live up to expectations. I wish they cared more because we wont recommend now. read more

Had an appointment with Kelsey and wanted to leave not 5 minutes into it. I heard her talking about me to other co-workers, talk about two faced. Not the person you'd ever want to go to for ANYTHING! Don't you waste your time with her or the salon, they're a bunch of rude snobs, demonstrated by Kelsey and rest of tram. Huge thumbs down. read more

This salon is so amazing!!! For years my wife has been getting her hair done here and has been extremely happy. Last week I stopped in to take care of a keratin treatment my wife was having done for a Mother's Day gift. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dawn at the desk. She is the owner, which I didn't know until later, and was so accommodating and pleasant. She made me feel so comfortable as she walked me through the transaction. It was so painless for all the husbands and boyfriends out there looking for a great gift idea! Anyway, after my wife had the treatment, her hair looked phenomenal! Karlee, her stylist, did such a great job with this treatment. I highly recommend you try this salon if your local or from out of town. I just moved to the area and I have not found a hair stylist to trust yet. I went to hi tech salon with hair down to my butt and I told the stylist I liked my length, I now have short hair that I can't even put in a ponytail and these weird "side bangs". the stylist was super proud but I could tell she realized she messed up because she tried to give me pointers on how to fix the bangs. I'm now going to have to grow this out and wear a headband and find somewhere else to go when my hair comes back. read more

I really lucked out with my first appointment at Hi-Tech - I was lucky enough to get Laura as my colorist. I went in with a completely different idea as to what I thought my hair needed but with Laura's complete honesty and expertise I realized how completely wrong I was..... I got my hair done yesterday by Kelsey and all I can say is wow! She took her time with my balayage and gave me exactly what I asked for. Even after four hours in the chair I left with my hair feeling soft and light, not dried out or frizzy like I've experienced at other places. I received a gift certificate from Christmas for this place. Called and made an appointment for a blowout and asked how much. The receptionist (with an impatient, rude tone), tells me the cost was $30. I show up and the very young girl carelessly washes my hair and blows it out. As I look around, I see the floor is filthy with hair and the tools weren't clean. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. She tried to tell me my hair looked straight and smooth and didn't need a flat iron - then charged me $36 -- not the $30 price quoted. RUN - DON'T WALK from this place. Waste of money and YUK. Never once has my hair actually looked worse after a professional blowout. I made an appointment for a deep conditioning treatment and blow dry, my stylist ( bright red hair I think her name was Kelsey) was completely clueless. I've done several deep conditioning treatments at home- she basically rubbed some on my head and wrapped it with a towel. I said- shouldn't you comb it through and I should sit under the dryer? She said yeah actually you're right, the treatment will work better that way. Never a good sign when the client knows more than the "professional" After the blowout my hair looked frizzy and horrible. Do not waste your time and money here! read more
