They told me come back at 12 I've been trying to get in with the woman who does my eyebrows for two weeks and to be told come back again?! Gas isn't cheap! I explained my tardiness and it wasn't like a 45 mins late I was 10-15!!! And already was taken out of the system. This Cuttery was good but in the last month something has changed and it's shameful especially the two women that handled the counter when Came in. They couldn't have more snooty attitudes I've been coming for awhile for eyebrows and was a test trial last month for one of the training students. This morning was very disappointing and their attitudes huge turn off for the business

The welcome wasn't so great (i think the receptionist was on break) and we started 15 min late but all was well with the shampoo cut and style which is what i came for. I like my hair cut without blunt ends and otherwise am not too picky. Janinne cut it perfectly and was super friendly for a chat. Will be back in a few months!

But he did not follow the photos I provided, and in my opinion, my hair did NOT look good when leaving. I asked for loose beachy curls and my curls looks more like a pageant girl. And yes both my Mother and Sister had employees raising their voices at them and demanding they pay extra. A day before they called and moved my appointment to 9:15 which I accepted. This morning , day of appt , I get a call pushing me back to 10 am at which time I threw a fit. I had a Father's Day brunch with the family followed by an afternoon wedding. I went over there to find one stylist washing out another client and about to start a haircut. They told me it was a difficult color appt like I care. She supposedly came in at 8 am so that's a bunch of lies. Clearly either the stylist or the client was late but who cares??? They ruined my day and I have no blowout for my events today. If you go to this salon , good luck!!!!!!
