Everyone is nice enough. But, there were a few things that were disappointing. The woman who…read moreshampooed my hair didn't do so thoroughly. She didn't wash underneath on the bottom of my head. Then she used so much conditioner that my hair feels dirty. The lady who dried my hair used entirely too much product. She also didn't dry my hair completely. She put some waves in with a straightener which may have turned out nice had there not been so much conditioner and product. Unfortunately I will have to wash my hair tomorrow because it's already looking and feeling dirty. I'm from the NYC area, and I know I have a high standard. I understand that this area services a very different clientele with different expectations, but I feel like my gripes are about things that should be subject to a universal protocol.

Review for June 2018…read more Had a great experience at Kelly's. Called the week of for an appointment and was lucky to end up with Janinne. The welcome wasn't so great (i think the receptionist was on break) and we started 15 min late but all was well with the shampoo cut and style which is what i came for. I like my hair cut without blunt ends and otherwise am not too picky. Janinne cut it perfectly and was super friendly for a chat. Will be back in a few months!
