The welcome wasn't so great (i think the receptionist was on break) and we started 15 min late but all was well with the shampoo cut and style which is what i came for. I like my hair cut without blunt ends and otherwise am not too picky. Janinne cut it perfectly and was super friendly for a chat. Will be back in a few months!
