The welcome wasn't so great (i think the receptionist was on break) and we started 15 min late but all was well with the shampoo cut and style which is what i came for. I also appreciate the fact that they pushed me to get the Keratin Express treatment rather than the full one - I had made it clear that if the full treatment was better I would've preferred to pay more for longer lasting results, but with the length and thickness of my hair they insisted on the Express instead - I appreciated the honesty behind the fact that they wanted me to get the best treatment for my hair rather than just whatever costs more.
