Very disappointed. I booked an appointment with Braje, whom I think is awesome. I get there and am told they are running at least 20 minutes behind because they are short handed. NBD, I'll wait for Braje. When I return, I am told I can't get my hair dried because of the wait -- it would delay the other appointments too much. And, THEN I am told Braje is another two hour wait. I was stuck so I had the other stylist cut my hair. Big mistake. I asked for lots of layers -- no problem for Braje. I got a lousy cut, nothing like what I wanted. I regret the tip. A simple phone call about the delay and I would have cancelled for another and avoid all the drama. read more

This business is managed by fools. All this talk about businesses such as these being financially challenged because of COVID-19 but when I walk in I find rude, ignorant employees who don't have a clue about customer service. They behave like out of control teenagers. The owner of this business should be on premises to witness this behavior and manage this business appropriately or the franchise should be revoked. read more

I've given Super Cuts more than a few opportunities to get it right. Not a fan of the quick turnover of staff, their limited experience, or the lack of listening skills! Maybe they're good for children's hair cuts, or buzz cuts... Simpler applications. But thick, long hair styles or color treatments were a disaster. It does have half price waxing Wednedsays which was a good value. read more

This place is so bad and they will destroy your kids hair. My son went in to get a hair cut and comes out crying saying that they wouldn't listen. Found out that he told her to do something else with his hair and she did the complete opposite and fucked his hair up. Yes they have good prices if it was for good hair cuts never go to this place it is fucking terrible then girl with green and purple hair and is white and looks depressed is the girl that will single handily make your kids cry read more

My friend has been going there for a while & I decided to give it a shot, so we could have our hair done together & have some good time. Her stylist was very nice & friendly & started talking to her about what she would like to get done right away. I got a green-haired girl, smelling like a tobacco factory (could've at least washed her hands & use some gum may b), who didn't even let me open my mouth. She was discussing my hair with another girl in the most unflattering way, talking about me in 3rd person, while I was sitting in the chair, trying to get her attention somehow. My boiling point was when she said "dude, her hair is like spaghetti"- i just got up & went out of the door to never b back. Called the manager & told her about the kind of service some people r getting at her salon. She was nice & offered me free coupons, but -no thanks. I don't mind paying to get my hair done, but I'm not spending $50-60 to listen to somebody insulting me. She had no right & no reason to say anything like that! read more

It's been some time since I went to this salon but I didn't have a Yelp account until now. I had a horrible experience and want to let others know. I went in for color, cut and style. First off, I had the color on my hair for a very long time. My stylist was going back and fourth between myself and another customer. She finally has me go over to the sink to wash it out. After she says, just stay here and relax for a few mins. I sat laying on that sink for over 20 mins-- so she could cut another woman's hair that requested her. Finally I am sat again in the chair and she trims and starts to dry my hair. She dried it flat when I asked her to give it some bounce and volume as I had dinner plans that night ( I have no problem paying more if need be). I even stopped her mid way through and asked again. I walked out of the salon hours later and into my car. I look in the mirror and I had hair color all along my forehead, ears and my neck! My hair also wasnt brown, it was black from having the dye sit in my hair that long! I went right back in the salon and showed her the color all over my face/neck/ears. She apologized and wiped A LITTLE and asked if I had some rubbing alcohol at home. I never ever had that much hair color left on my skin from any other salon! She never attempted to prep my head or scalp before the color. Despite the horrible experience, I still tipped well-$30 or so because I know what's it's like to work off tips. You think after my big tip she would have tried to get the color off. I ended up going home and canceling my dinner plans with my family because of how my hair, scalp and ears looked. All I got out of that experience was a flat hair style and dark spots throughout. read more

So we moved here the end of August 2014. I haven't had a cut or trim since because I'm really picky about how people cut. I went to cosmetology school and that's where I've gotten my picky-ness from. A friend of mine actually told me she goes here and I figured for the price it wouldn't hurt trying it out. It's the first place I have visited and I think it may be where I will loyally go to until proven other wise. I had Jenny cut my hair and it turned out amazing. She did it just like how I wanted and I am super happy I have finally found a spot to go to for my hair troubles. The other stylists seem great as well. If you have valued customers asking for you, that speaks volumes to me about the satisfaction that goes behind that request. The place was nice, clean, welcoming, and friendly. The stylists were all professional and attentive. They have a military discount for the Active Duty member that's 20% off. They also have different specials during the week days. I was not disppointed at all. The price was extremely reasonable as well. There goes to show you that paying less doesn't mean you get less. I definitely feel like I'm walking away with a lot more. read more
